There are several sizes available in this fine product. Jungle Powders in the Organic Raspberry outshines another, less expensive brand. I mix some in with a chocolate powder to give my drinks an unsurpassed flavor. My picky nine year old drank all her hot cocoa that had the addition of about a fourth teaspoon of this happy discovery! I can imagine that its use in (or sprinkled on) most any dessert would make it special.

After an annual, local Trivia Night, we always have folks back to our house for desserts. I usually make a variety of cookies, cakes, fruit sauces, pavlova, etc. This year, I also made the Jungle Powders recipe for Raspberry Cheesecake. It was a huge hit and many guests even asked to take some home.
