Some time speeding more money on a produce is the way to go and I'm very happy with my choice of Tip can not go wrong with a Tiger Everest Tip.

First of all, I have been playing pool for over fifty years. As a young teenager I played with the typical cheap cue with the screw on tips. I soon began buying the cheap packs of tips you would find at K-mart or the like. I had never heard of any name brand tips and only a couple of cue brands. I would soak those cheap tips in water for a couple of days and then I would squeeze them in a vise until they dried out, install them by hand, shape them and go out to challenge the world. Ha! Eventually a guy gave me his Viking cue after an evening of domination. He didn't lose it to me, he gave it to me and told me I deserved it more than him. It had a Le Pro tip and I shot with that cue for probably fifteen years. Ultimately I became a cue nerd, searching for the perfect hitting cue and started seeking a tip that I liked the feel of. Then of course I stumbled into the abyss. Like a bowler searching for the best ball, or a golfer swapping out putters and drivers everytime they have a bad outing. After enough time you realize it's the archer, not the arrow. Over the years I've shot with just about every cue and tip combination available at the time. I have amassed a cue collection of almost fifty cues from good hitting production cues to some very expensive customs. ( Much to the chagrin of my wife.) I've used Le Pro, Triangle, Moori, layered water buffalo, elk master, etc I still try to shoot with all of my cues, rotating them in and out of my case on a regular basis, but my main playing cue is always in there. Guess what tip is on it... Yep, Tiger Everest. I have Everest tips on several of my cues. When the others are ready for a replacement, it will be an Everest. Eventually they will all be sporting Everest tips if I live long enough. I'm not saying it is the best or that it's right for you. I'm saying it is right for me. I get both excellent control and action on the cue ball. I'm done searching for perfection, as far as I am concerned, I have found it for my particular shooting style. I would encourage you give them a try along with the Tiger chalk. Take advantage of the experience I have gained, the lessons I have learned, and the fortune I have spent. This is a great tip! I’ve been using them for years but here’s the thing. You’ve got to use the right chalk. Personally I use the Kamui .98 chalk and no miscues so far!
