What are the dimensions of the ice sheet(s) that slide into it? Are there 3 sheets of ice? Would it be easy to swap in gel packs?

It is it constructed to slide gel packs into. The ice packs are sewn into the construction of the wrap. The wrap is meant to go into the freezer as one piece and comes out frozen in one piece. I'm happy with it.
