Can you use silver diamond on light blonde hair

I use mine on bleached hair, I tend to find that it doesn’t make my hair silver, but removes the coppery colour left by the bleach - which is exactly what I buy it for! You may find more of a silver effect on light blonde hair, but it’s a white silver as opposed to a grey one.

Does it dye black hair

No, i used it once, it when slightly lighter brown but does not cover grey hair.

Just used this on bleached hair that had about a half inch of dark root growth, thought it would only tint the lightened hair but it's lifted my roots to a light ginger. Would still suggest bleaching beforehand but it does lift quite a bit.

can I put this over deep red

It’s quite a dark brown so probably. You could always do a strand test first.
