Product description Concise but not simple Specifically designed for pressure demanding applications such as CPU or radiator cooling. This is an efficient, quiet cooling fan. All black, the 120mm size is suitable for almost all chassis on the market, simple design appearance, for the pursuit of the ultimate simple players to make a good choice. High Airflow Keep your computer cool with a high volume of air circulation. The better the airflow in the system, the colder and more stable the system will be. Hydraulic Bearing Wear-resistant hydraulic bearings ensures quiet operation and long lifespan, Service life up to 30,000 hours Silent Operation 8 vibration rubber pads provides an excellent silent experience. The vibration damping surface which ensure less vibration, noise and turbulence. Nine Blades Design Nine blades make the air supply effect prominent, wind more softer and stronger. Facilitates rapid circulation of air flow. Specification Review: Good basic fan - The fans came in a regular cheap box with screws and little rubber sticky pads for the corners...the perform really well and are pretty quiet full speed (that is not where I keep mine) I will buy them again if I need more non LED/RGB fans Review: Good Fans - They work.

Good low-speed 3 pin case fans
These Vetroo 120 mm fans are nice quality and a good value for 3 fans. They are 3 pin case fans, which is a classic case fan standard compared to more modern PWM-based fans. That's good, because my plan is to install an AIO cooler on my older PC which has more 3 pin fan headers than 4 pin ones, but that motherboard still can control fan speed by changing the 3 pin fan voltage. At full speed (as one would get from plugging this 3 pin fan into a 12 volt 3 pin or even a 4 pin PWM header) this fan spins at 1200 rpm speed which is audible, but not too loud. Some things about this fan kit seem focused on savings, including having the rubberized corner stickers not yet affixed onto the fans when they arrive. The bulk box containing sticker sheet, black fan screws, and lack of any Vetroo logo on the fan hub/product are all ways to save on production. I've used CPU coolers by Vetroo so I am pleased to see they also have case fans available too.

No lighting, no frills, no problem. They work fine.
They're inexpensive and generic low-tech case fans. You get what you pay for; they spin, air goes through them. I wouldn't recommend them in a really high quality PC build, but if you have an aging PC with some case fans that have become more dust than fan, these will absolutely do the trick for extending the life of a very dusty ten year old desktop PC, which is what I used them for.

The absolute most basic fans
These fans are super basic, they don't even have the branding anywhere on the fans! The rubber stickers for the fans are not pre-applied which was the 2nd thing that surprised me, the first thing being how they came in a very basic box that was made out of brown construction paper. The performance of these fans is lower than average in my opinion. They're quite noisy, not whiny but wind noisy but they dont seem to move a ton of air either, so basically just below average fan blade design. Despite all these fans flaws, 3 fans for $10 is kind of hard to beat if you need some very basic fans and dont care about their noise to performance ratio. I give them 3/5 stars. It's hard to recommend them, I dont think I would buy again, but if I was ever in a pinch again I wouldn't mind giving these another shot.

These fans are cooling my server much better than my old PWM fans.
I have run a home server with 12-4TB 5400 RPM SATA hard drives for several years. I recently replaced those drives with 12-8TB 7200 RPM SAS drives. I replace my old HBA controller with a new LSI 9300-16i card to accomplish this upgrade. While this allowed me to double my storage, it also resulted in my server running much hotter. I started to receive random reboots of the server every few hours. To fix this, I temporarily placed a large external fan pointing into the server. These 3 packs of 120mm fans were ordered to replace my existing internal 120mm PWM fans that are no longer moving sufficient air to cool my server. This new set is moving much more air and has fixed my overheating issue. Using these fans, I am now running at the full 1200 RPM rate.

Decent fans when you don't need anything fancy
Aside from their anti-vibration pads, these are basic 120mm fans - standard bearings, no PWM or lights or braided sleeving, etc. But that's perfectly fine when you just need to move some air in or out of your PC case, and this 3-pack makes for a very solid value. The frames have a nice and sturdy feel, and the cords are about 16" in length. The fans are fairly quiet at full tilt and deliver plenty of airflow. The 3-pin connection means that any speed control has to be done in DC mode (non-PWM), which typically is supported by most DIY/builder motherboards. Overall, good quality for the price, no complaints.

PinXun PX12025 120mm fans offered as "Vetroo". Erratic tachometer RPM readings.
They move air. They are noisy. I didn't notice whine, but a strong purring noise from the motor bearing, and also a surprising amount of wind noise considering the amount of air being moved. They present an odd behavior that I have only observed previously in preinstalled fans from budget PC cases. The tachometer reading will jump around between a low reading, correct reading, approximately double RPM, sometimes absurdly high (50,000RPM), and sometimes drop out. This was reproduced with two different fans from this set, on two different motherboard headers (one 3-pin and one 4-pin, both with known-good tachometer sense circuits when used with other fans), and is seen both within the BIOS hardware monitor page, and within the operating system. As another note, these are by no means "high performance" fans. They are lower airflow, considerably lower pressure, and noticeably (and in terms of specs, too) higher noise than a name-brand PWM competitor that is also available in a competitively priced 3-pack. I would only use these in place of no-name preinstalled fans, and even then, not in all situations. If you are set on using these fans, shop around for the best deal because they are offered under at least one other re-brander as well as under the original name.

Item not as described
This item is not as described in the specifications. Fans are 2.64 Watts NOT 12 Watts as shown in the description on Amazon and therefore not fit for purpose.

Noisy but works fine
I bought three to provide some future-proofing, and these were a good price. The one I installed does the job, though it's a bit noisy. That's not a concern for me, but may be for you depend on where your computer/device is. The cable is a reasonably length, which is nice! Aside from all that, I mean... it's a fan. It fans.

Good Basic Case Fan
This is a great fan for the price. They are noisy at FULL speed ( 2600 rpm ). They are quiet and spin around 1200rpm when running in DC mode at around 60% or 720mV. These are no PWM fans, that means they cannot be controled.
