Great value! Bought mainly for the Crimper and the terminals were a bonus! Crimper works great everytime and is well built! Pretty heavy which may be an issue if your rigging wires all day but I would rather it be heavier and well built than light weight and flimsy. Has colored dots on crimping end that helps quickly know which slot to use. Red, blue, yellow which is 95% of the colors I use. Handle material isn't the greatest, rubber isn't the softest or grippiest but what can you expect at this price. Also a little bulky and spreads pretty wide when open which could be an issue with smaller hands but it is ratcheting so you could clamp a little and readjust your grip if need be. Terminals are good quality with a lot of different sizes. Overall this is a good value set. Using to rig up boat electronics.

I was rather surprised at the quality of this kit! I found the connectors to be much easier to work with than a lot of others I have tried. It's one of the few sets where the crimper just works effortlessly with the connectors, and none of the connector installations cracked or split when installing. All too often, connectors tend get stuck in the crimping die and it just makes it a lot more time consuming & frustrating since you have to stop and try to pry it out of the tool - this one hasn't given me that issue at all. The heat shrink makes for a nice tidy seal, although it does not have an adhesive for a marine grade connection. The crimper itself has a high quality, solid feel in your hand and the ratchet action was both smooth and fast. Over all, I feel this set is a great value and has a nice selection of terminals in all the different sizes.

Used for installing new automotive wiring when adding accessories to my vehicle. Crimping tool is great and works well. Only negative would be that some of the heat shrink connectors received will not be usable. The pink connectors had male spade connectors paired with female bullet connectors (with no male bullet connectors of any size anywhere in the kit), so the female bullet connectors are essentially useless unless I go out and buy some male bullet connectors. Otherwise good and the heat shrink worked well.

Finally bought the crimper I should have bought years ago. It makes a solid crimp. Not like the junk crimps I always struggled with.

these terminals work really well for me. The crimping is strong and secures the wire well. I've used them mainly on THHN wire and I cannot pull the terminal off the wire no matter how hard I try. The crimpers are not top quality so the ratcheting mechanism isn't perfect but it does work well enough to get the job done. The terminals are relatively thin if you're comparing them to 3M double crimp or something very heavy duty which for this price I didn't want or expect and I like having the thinner metal for certain installations. I also like the heat shrink for keeping everything looking tidy and adding a little more grip onto the insulation of the wire so i don't expose the conductor when twisting and bending the wires. I would definitely buy these again and I look forward to trying other products from the company.

the price and quality of this is exceptional. I went to a big box store and purchased a small pack of connectors for $20 then paid $20 for a clamp that didn’t ratchet, spent the entire day trying to clamp those joints together with that tool and ended up burning through the whole pack of them because I wasn’t able to get a good clamp. This kit was a fraction of the cost and I got the job done in 10 minutes. i’ll probably never use it again for a couple years, but if I had it to start with, I would’ve saved myself a lot of frustration.
