Have there been any peer-reviewed academic studies validating this type of equipment?

I do not know if there’s been testing but I am someone who has horrible panic and insomnia and this massager with air compression helps me a lot. I fall asleep mid massage often. I like the sensation a lot more than expected and it relaxes and works better than I thought too.

What is the diameter and how adjustable is it, please?

The eye massager measured on the inside from side to side is 11” and that part is not adjustable. The elastic band that is attached and holds it on your head is adjustable. The band has a buckle that you slide the strap through to adjust how it fits on your head. There are no loose ends on the elastic band. The smallest adjustment makes it fit over a 18” head not stretched. The longest band adjustment stretched to capacity would fit tightly over a 38” head, which would not be ideal, so I would say it would fit up a 37” head. The band adjusts on the right side where the band loops inside the massager, you can pull the elastic strap where it is attached as you slide the buckle to adjust. This was measured without the gel pack, which would have made the measurement a little smaller.

does this make noise? when you turn on the air pressure, does it make the annoying sound the Renpho 1 does?

Please rest assured that we upgraded the motor, the noise will be lower than in previous models.

How long does it need to charge ?

From a wall socket 2hrs and 5hrs if it's a USB port hub. After charging it does last a long time. I never charge gadgets until they are about 20% battery left so the battery life will last longer.
