Great product!
Iโm extremely pleased with the Bugalugs Flea and Tick Cat Shampoo. Itโs a high-quality pet care product that has made grooming my cat much easier and more effective. The 500ml bottle provides a generous amount, making it excellent value and ensuring there is plenty available for regular use when needed. The shampoo creates a good lather and feels gentle while cleaning the coat thoroughly. It helps remove dirt, oils, and unwanted build-up, leaving my catโs fur feeling clean, soft, and refreshed. The formula is easy to apply and rinse out, which makes bath time much less stressful. I appreciate that it is designed specifically for cats and provides a convenient way to support their overall coat care. The scent is pleasant without being overpowering, and the bottle design makes it easy to dispense the right amount without waste. The quality of the product is excellent, and it feels like a reliable addition to any cat ownerโs grooming routine. Itโs especially useful for keeping pets clean and comfortable while maintaining a healthy-looking coat. Overall, the Bugalugs Flea and Tick Cat Shampoo is a practical, effective, and easy-to-use grooming product. It offers great value, performs well, and has helped make caring for my cat simpler. Iโm very happy with this purchase and would happily recommend it to other cat owners looking for a dependable shampoo. A well-deserved five-star product.

Purrrrfect cat flea shampoo
Good stuff. Its very unpleasant for cats having a bath and you'll want to wear thick gardening gloves and a jumper otherwise you'll be cut to shreds. But this product is amazing it leaves the cats coat looking beautiful and soft and smelling amazing. Lather it all over your cat and be warned the ba*****rd fleas will all migrate to the cats head and neck area so get your cat by the scruff of the neck and pull his head back and pour jugs of water over his neck. We did it (it's best to be helped by someone) and must of gotten a dozen fleas off of him. The fleas soon die in the soapy water. Purrrrfect.

Depends on your cat/strength/scratch resistance
Bought this to try and help with fleas and flea dirty for my cats along side everything else im doing . First up the kitten . Was easy to apply and got his coat all nice and shiny and smells amazing. He forgave me instantly . Second up the overweight cat who is mostly white. It took a lot of shampoo and a couple of washes with a decent rinse but got him nice and clean dispite his protests . My only issue here was if you have ever tried to hold an overweight chonk who really doesnt want to be in the bath, being able to actually pump the shampoo bottle was nearly impossible without a third hand . Lesson learnt the hard way . I haven't tried this on my other two cats as im still recovering from from the nightmare of murder-mittens and the other is semi feral - so without chain mail its not worth the risk . Pros - smells good, does a decent clean , packaging looks lovely , will last a while, fur looks shiny and healthy, it gave me a good workout , the fat cat refuses to come back in so at least he's not eating . Cons - if you have to use two hands to hold your cat then call in reinforcements to actually pump the shampoo out or just take of the top and prey, not sure if it actually irradiated fleas so will continue to use the vet prescribed stuff , bathroom looks like I've had a pool party

Worth a try if you think your car will accept a bath.
Bought as Iโve two fluffy ginger kittens who were having noticeable problems with fleas. Combing them wasnโt helping and I noticed fleas at the base of the back of one kittenโs ear. Something more had to be done and this product was my next step. Iโve never bathed a cat before but being young kittens I thought this was my chance to introduce them to water and condition them to accept future baths too. The product has a pleasant smell. The kittens accepted the procedure very well considering. I could see several fleas through their fur as I used the shampoo - many more than Iโd realised theyโd had. The fleas rarely dislodged with rinsing but at least they werenโt moving. I did notice some fleas attempted to crawl into kittiesโ ears or generally their facesโฆ. So I gently dabbed a soapy finger on them which seemed to stop themโฆ but being careful not to get any into the eyes, nose, mouth or ears of my kittens. When drying the kittens I could see non moving fleas within the fur and they would not come out easily with combing. Not all fleas were killed but some were and the shampoo definitely slowed the others down. I was able to comb a few out and dispatch them. My kittens have had two baths over two days now as I noticed more fleas on them. I actually think the Neem oil residue from the shampoo is meaning fleas hop on but canโt settle in the same way and are therefore more visible to me. Combined with vacuuming, laundering bedding and other sprays for upholstery I should start to see an improvementโฆ but due to the fleaโs life cycle I expect to see more fleas and Iโll just try to be more vigilant and proactive in helping to halt a bigger problem developing. I live in the countryside so fleas are always a potential issue. Alone this product is unlikely to cure the problem but it can certainly help to get the flea problem under control. Having a nice smelling, clean kitten is also a bonus. Some people have raised concern with the Neem oil content. I was careful to not use too much product (a little can go a long way) and avoid getting in the their ears, eyes, nose and mouth. Unfortunately itโs the Neem oil that also works to help get rid of the fleas. Ideally itโs a case of trying to find the balance of enough to kill the flea but not affect the cat in any way. Some vets have apparently also said that using a shampoo like this is stripping the catsโ natural oils from their coats. As I used this with kittens Iโm keeping a close eye to see if they appear to be experiencing any side effects but none so farโฆ Rinse well and dry well, keep them warm and comb them through if you can. Iโm not sure it would be so easy to use with my older shorthair, dark furred cats as the dark fleas would be much harder to see and they would be much harder to hold.

Great for short term relief
Used this on my three cats - was not fun bathing them but made such a difference. My eldest one has really bad skin due to recent flea infestation and this has brought his coat up lovely. I did flea comb them before washing and again when the shampoo was in - as best I could anyway. Their fur went a bit crispy and dry looking after and I was worried but once they were dry and brushed through their coats came up lovely. Not sure how many fleas it killed but they were scratching less after. I treated the house and used spot on the next day so fingers crossed its worked. My cats are small and I only had to use 4-5 pumps to get a good lather and I've not even used quarter of the bottle. Will only have to use when needed so will last ages. This will not treat a flea infestation on it's own but it's a great starting point. Except for the trauma of having a bath (which they will never forgive me for) - this brought relief for my itchy, irritated cats and they smell lovely now too. Well worth the money and would definitely buy again.

i think it does alright, im not really sure if it works but my cat seems to not have flees anymore,or maybe its the medicine from the vet. Anyway, not a big fun of the smell but overall its alright

A nice smelling shampoo that kills tmfleas and ticks.
Very nice lather and smells good, our cats didn't mind either and they've never been bathed before. Used this in the shower whilst one of us held them and the other gently showered the cats and used the shampoo. Kept away from their eyes. Lathered nicely and rinsed out easily. Once dried and brushed their coats were glossy and clean and they smelt nice. Good that it kills fleas and ticks as they play in long grass over the fields.

100% effective
100% effective, my cat was truly infested by fleas, in the first bath I got rid of at least 80 or 100 fleas, they died instantly. The cat was a bit stressed at the beginning but as we started rubbing his buddy he calmed down completely, the smell of the shampoo is nice. On the second bath cat was very calm and he didnโt resist at all.
