Amazing customer support
My package arrives with one bulb shattered. 1 out of 25 isn't bad and that's totally Amazon Fulfillment's fault anyway, the bulbs are as well packed as you can hope for. I am also an Amazon seller and I know how Amazon return works, if I talked to Amazon chat AI, the only 'solution' would be to send the entire thing back for a refund and the seller would be stuck with a total loss most likely. I contacted the seller and they responded within a couple hours. I only asked for a refund for the single damaged bulb value and they refunded me 2x that just to be nice. Talk about going above and beyond. As far as the bulbs go, yeah they aren't Phillips bulbs, but they are inexpensive and they work. No duds, I have installed all 24 that I got. If they crap out super fast, I will report back, but so far so good.
