These are great at what they’re great at. What’s that even mean? Well they’re ice packs, small ice packs. They activate quickly and easily, they stay cold long enough considering their size, they’re affordable. Plenty of pros if that’s what you’re looking for. Using them for youth sports just makes sense because most of your kids that need these took a soccer ball to the face or got kicked in the leg. They don’t actually “need” the ice packs but we have conditioned them to think if they’re hurt this will automatically help make it all better. So why overspend for those purposes? And in the event younger kids have an ACTUAL injury that needs ice these still do the trick. So what are the downsides? Older kids may find these way too small, especially if there’s a bad fall or bruising to the hip or leg or back. Trying to put a 4x5 ice pack on a grass and dirt shredded thigh is pretty silly. Bc they’re so small and full they’re also not that flexible, so you can’t really wrap it around a wrist or ankle. It just has to sit on top of the main point of contact. And lastly durability. This is tough bc kids don’t make smart decisions, but I’ve had a number of these burst open as there “played with”. Ideally you wouldn’t have that issue if they’re being used for their purpose but given that most of you will use these for kids it’s important to note that if they throw it around too much it absolutely WILL open up. I do not hold this against the company though bc in normal use they have been flawless

Needed to use a few at nights during a 7-day hiking trip where the I fell numerous times and had lower back soreness from carrying a 40lb pack all day. They not only got cold quickly, but they were STILL COLD THE NEXT MORNING. They're small, but for emergency use and when you need to pack multiple packs without weighing too much or taking up too much space, they're perfect.

I bought these in anticipation of outpatient surgery, which I had today. I also have two reusable ice packs, but hadn’t chilled them yet as I wasn’t sure what the post surgical instructions would be. I now have those in the freezer, but need to wait 2 hours, so I’m very glad to have the disposable packs on hand. The hospital gave me a few disposable ice packs, and I tried one, but couldn’t manage to activate it. In contrast, this product has proved super easy to activate. Shake, fold in half with a moderate degree of pressure, shake again. I was told to use ice 20 minutes on and 20 minutes off for the first 24 hours while awake. This ice pack is staying adequately cold for the 20 minutes. The size and flexibility are working well for me. I’m using it wrapped in a light weight (not plush) kitchen washcloth. Between this 25 pack box and the two reusable ones, I should have enough coverage for the 24 hours. If I use these up, I’ll definitely order this again so I’ll always have some to keep on hand.

It’s good for on the go and easy to use. Loses cold fast but it’s for a quick response to a fall or a bump to have in your bag. Very well made and comfortable to use. I refreeze them and use them as ice packs for my small cooler so I extend it to another use.

Well, these ice packs are designed for one time use but my daughter and I use them repeatedly for different issues that we have going on. They refreeze well. Good purchase for the price. Very small but work well for us.

Needed for my thumb. Just the right size. They do get plenty gold and last 10-15 minutes. Good enough for my need.

As a soccer mom, I've used these COUNTLESS times. I've bought two or three boxes at this point. The only reason I'm giving it 4 stars instead of 5 is because I wish the cold lasted a bit longer. But to quickly and temporarily address sprains, aches, even extremely hot weather (I've used them myself to cool off), these can't be beat. They pack neatly into my daughter's soccer bag. They're well worth the cost, even if they don't stay cold as long as I'd like.

Nach Ablauf des Mindesthaltbarkeitsdatums lässt die Kühlleistung zwar deutlich nach, das ist aber zu erwarten und schließlich hat das MHD seinen Sinn. Insgesamt ein zuverlässiges Produkt, das seinen Zweck erfüllt.

I suffer with POTS, MCAS, HEDS, and more, so struggling in the heat and with constant pain is exhausting. This product is SO easy to use, and the relief is INSTANT! It was a little daunting having to actively pop an inner bag, but it doesn't take much force, so that works in your favour if like me you struggle with grip and dislocations. I bought a box of 25 to take with me when I go camping at LARP, and will make sure to have a few stashed in my walker and my wheelchair. Will absolutely be a repeat customer, and have shared this product with my parents who are so thankful for the relief. We will be buying the 50 count boxes going forwards. The only drawback is of course that they are disposable, however that is a compromise I am willing to make in the name of health and safety being as accessible as this.

Easy to use, gets good and cold. My toddler asks for ice packs after every little bump, so these are great to have on hand for soccer and other outdoor activities.
