A fast flush for your little one...
My wife and I buy both Pedia-Lax glycerin suppositories for our 2y9m son. He's at that age now where he decided pooping is just too inconvenient, and held onto it. Then by the time his body would force it out, they'd be hard as rocks causing him a great deal of pain and fissures. Now it's this cycle of him not wanting to go daily because he thinks it'll hurt. Inevitably, they become hard again after days and so on, so forth. It's a vicious self-inflicted cycle. Now, we've tried everything from a reward system, high probiotic yogurt, fiber gummies, Miralax, etc. The kid just hates to poop. My wife was afraid of using these suppositories because she feared it'd be traumatic (as opposed to the softball-sized rock our son was passing). So she looked to the good ol' fashioned glycerin capsules - or whatever those melting physical things are. They sometimes work, but our son still fights those off too. Yes, he completely absorbed one after crying for 45 minutes thinking he was going to have to go poop against his will. Nope. The kid absorbed it and moved on with his day. Now enter these works of art. He can't fight this one. I use these as a last resort, but they are the ultimate suppository if you want some guaranteed results within the hour. The glycerin goes in liquified and gets to work. Sure, you're sticking a small turkey baster in your kid's butt. Is there some long term psychological effects created by their use? Maybe. But I will say this - these work. These work fast. And they continue to work for the remainder of the day (hint: use them early in the day so there's no middle-of-the-night blowouts). They're expensive, but definitely worth it. My son does hate them and tries to stiffen up leading up to his dose. But it's just the way to go. The meltable glycerin suppositories do work, but just not as fast. For us, our kid has learned how to beat them. But he hasn't figured out a way to fight this off yet. Good job Fleet!

Safe And Effective For Cats Too - Feline Friendly
When my cats show signs of constipation I try Pedia-Lax Liquid Glycerin Suppositories first. Cats can NOT use a lot of things people would use because they are poisonous but they CAN use these Pedia-Lax Liquid Glycerin Suppositories safely. The dosage size is purrrfect. What I do: I have another person hold the cat while I hold up the tail and insert the applicator tube. I put a little Vaseline on the the cats anus even though these are lubricated. What you need to remember is take it SLOW, it's not a race to insert the applicator tube. Slow steady pressure until the tube is FULLY inserted will reduce the risk on injury and be less upsetting to the cat. Once inside slowly squeeze the bulb. Some of the Liquid Glycerin will remain in the bulb and applicator tube. That's fine, enough (2-3 ml) got in to do the job. Keep the bulb squeezed until it is completely removed so it doesn’t suck back into the applicator. You should see results quickly. Often within minutes. Keep to the guidelines of Single Daily Dose (24 hrs). If your cat needs something beyond this product you can use Feline PetEma (6 ml) which is also sold on Amazon. There is a larger size (12 ml) they say is for cats and dogs but the 6 ml size is what is best for cats. It comes in a syringe and has a smaller diameter applicator tube. I've used both, Pedia-Lax Liquid Glycerin Suppositories and Feline PetEma (6 ml), with excellent results.

Worked instantly
My 6 month old started solids and it constipated her really bad. She hadn’t pooped in a week even after eating prunes. She was so uncomfortable and screaming and only tiny hard poops would come out. I got this to finally get her to go. Minutes after using it she finally pooped! She was able to get the hard poop out until it was a normal consistency. Sorry if TMI. The size didn’t bother her at all. I just made sure to use some of the lubricant on her before slowing applying to her. I only used half the amount since she is only 6 months. She is feeling so much better now.

Works wonders
Kids Pedi-Lax is a fantastic product that has been a lifesaver for my baby who frequently experiences constipation. I love that I don't need to use a lot of it for it to work effectively. Just a small amount and it does the job. It's gentle yet powerful, ensuring my little one finds relief quickly and comfortably. The easy-to-administer formula makes it hassle-free, and I appreciate that it is specifically designed for kids. Kids Pedi-Lax has become a must-have in our household, and I highly recommend it to any parent dealing with constipation issues.

Immediate results
This stuff has come in handy so much. I have to keep this in the house at all times because it has saved us from going to the doctors for my toddlers constipation. This is definitely on a needed basis so increasing your toddlers fiber, nutrition and water intake is key! I was amazed how simple it was to use, my daughter was never in discomfort from it and she is able to use the bathroom within 1-5 min of use.

Works like magic
Baby immediately poops within 5 minutes.. Just make sure to put Vaseline before insertion. The tip is kind of thick for my personal liking.

It Works
Our 23 month old struggles with constipation at least once every other month, and it's so heartbreaking to watch him struggle through it. This helps him push something through within 20 minutes. It wasn't as much as I was hoping, but at least got the job started. I would recommend waiting until your toddler is completely relaxed before inserting because the tube is wider than expected.

Much better than years back
I remembered reading years back about how some of the edges of these were sharp and I try things that I give to my kids on myself as well. well, when I tried on myself, I got one of the sharp ones and that was not fun. they have not been like that for a while but I still check. Are used to look just to make sure that the lubricated gel wasn’t globed at the top and if so, I made sure the outside was lubricated with it and discarded it. But noticing how the top part is cut is not something I would’ve noticed if it were not for other parents reviews. I haven’t looked to see if it is still a thing, but I thought I would post a comment just in case someone wanted to revisit this. after having my last child, I have had to give myself some enemas, and even the smaller version of the one for adults, does not give this intense need of having to go. Me noticing that difference, has helped for me to realize that those white eyes and need to be by the toilet are real, and to be sympathetic of that. I’m not saying it’s a bad thing, I kind of wish the adult versions had that same urgency but it’s something I think have compassion about. Kind of like when you were a kid and your parents would put peroxide on some thing, and not understand why it bothered you.

Works amazing
Activates the bowels to push, not pleasant for the child but gets the job done. We eventually switched her to fennel seed tea and no longer need it thankfully, but it saved us trips to the hospital due to her getting so backed up.
