At 7%, these are in the higher tier of saline in the solution range. I used with a portable nebuliser that I normally use salbutamol (for asthma) solutions. Saline content must be quite high, as my throat went dry straight away and my nose was dripping. when I licked my lips, they were very salty tasting - to be expected I guess from saline. Under the right conditions these ampoules will deliver the right results For me on this occasion, I didn't feel much benefit and that's probably because I'm used to a different medicinal solution and was expecting results geared to them. Long expiry date - 2025 January

This is the correct saline that you must use in a nebulser. It is sterile and must be used with in the date which on this is Jan 25. So a nice long date. I have to use my nebuliser from time to time urgently so I need to have this solution on hand. You must not use ordinary water. I have not used this because I have not needed to but it certainly is a well packaged and proper saline that I would buy any where and use any time I need to use the breathing device. It seem perfect quality and very right. Saline for nebulisers is always expensive making this impressively good value. Seem perfect to me.
