Product is smaller than 23 cm mentioned, came out to be around 21 cm. The horn is very lightweight and is rotating on its own due to its loose fit. So have to keep it away from the fan. Also it wasn't packed properly so there were dents which I had to manually correct, though it is still visible on looking closely. It still looks decent if you keep it in an enclosed shelf hence keeping the item, but was definitely not worth keeping on the table or anywhere near the fan.
