Love this chair
I bought this based on a lot of recommendations from YouTube. I have to say that it lives up to the hype. It's a very solid and comfortable chair. I have a sit/stand desk, but I am still using this chair for probably 2/3rds of the day. I'm not sure you could find a better chair at double the price of this one. I would highly recommend it. Only two small complaints. The headrest feels useless to me, if that is important to you. And, the armrests move side to side too easily. I wish there were a way to lock them down. There is a mechanism to lock the up/down adjustment, but not for the side-to-side adjustment. It's a minor gripe for me and I still love the chair overall.

Basic little chair with a nice cushion
Took me about 20-25 minutes to put together, super easy, the lumbar support kind of poked in the back and doesnโt feel that great but Iโm going to get something else for that to add to the chair. Cushion is very nice. Iโm 5 foot and 110 pounds. You canโt adjust the arm rests or anything. Theyโre just basic armrests so if thatโs something you need Iโd look at another chair. Overall, just a decent comfortable chair for $90

Not a true specialty ergonomic chair, but may still fit the bill
I wanted an ergonomic chair because I had chronic back pain. All the ergonomic chair reviews and Reddit were looking at $1,000 chairs that were way out of my price range. I decided to take a risk and get this one. Now, having had it for half a year or so, I can give a pretty good rundown. The good: The back support is great, highly adjustable and easy to do so as well. Back rest is great and while the little neck/head support seems small, it's comfortable when I want to kick back and look at the ceiling. Looks nice so I don't feel self concious on Zoom calls. Putting it together was a bit of an effort, but instructions were very clear and it wasn't in too many pieces. The less good: The armrests are wobbly and don't go QUITE as high as I'd like. They do the job, and have become something of a fidget toy. The lumbar support is just a piece of plastic and next to worthless. The bad: The seat cushion is hard as a rock. I've gotten used to it, but the cushion hasn't broken in one bit. You will NOT sit in this chair for 4 hours straight without discomfort. Bottom line is that my back pain is gone. Can't credit it all to this chair, but it helped.

GREAT VALUE!
builds well, rolls nicely on deep carpets. Tho it is better for smaller people, I can just fit it being 6,3. The lumbar suport is mid. The rest is great. Highly recommend it for the price!

Well priced, well built.
Great value for the price. I used to have a large, soft, stuffed, office chair in front of my computer. Assembly of this was easy.Went together in about 15 minutes. Provides good lumbar support. All in all it's a 5 star chair because it's cheap and it does the job without problems. I'd recommend it to anyone wanting a good cheap office chair. By the way, it's my cat's favorite bed at night๏ผ

Most comfortable office chair ever!
This chair is the most comfortable and supportive chair I have ever sat in. I have back issues, so the lumbar support is essential for me. Multiple adjustment feature makes it comfortable for anyone. Solid, sturdy chair. That said, I am most impressed with the EASY instructions and step by step labeled packaging of assembly bolts. Tool included! Definitely recommend!!!

Comfortable, but the arms are a deal breaker
I have had this chair since early september. To me, the seat is comfortable. That is subjectinve, though. it is a more firm seat. The lumbar support is nice, and the mesh back hasnt had any "give" yet...but its still early on. comfort though is on point. the head rest works, but isnt great. Im on the shorter side @ 5'8'', and i can use the headrest, but its not the best because of the height. a little too high for me. The main drawback for me is the arms. They are absolutely terrible with the adjustments. The height stays where it is set, but all other adjustments move constantly. In the first week i had the chair, i took the arms off and put them backwards, but that stank. so i put them back on forward....this was to mitigate the front and back movement. anytime i would put my hands on the arm rests to reposition myself, they would slide front and back. i took the whole assembly apart and took shaved down plastic dowels in the resistance slots. it helped, but didnt solve the issue. next is the angle motion. if i move at all in the chair with my arms on the rests, they go from 90 degree, to a 45 degree stance. also, the left and right adjustments slide constantly. anytime i put my arms on the arm rests they are moving at an angle and left to right. the seat and back are comfortable, but the arms are absolutely terrible. If i had known this when i purchased, i would have gotten a different chair. it is an absolute deal breaker, and takes an otherwise great chair and makes it less than mediocre. This chair tries to punch above its weight class, and does a good job, until you have to reposition yourself or use the arms to stand up, or anything at all. If they fix the design of the arm adjustments, this chair is a 10/10. But for now as it stands, its a 4/10 based on the arm rest slop.

Donโt sleep on this one!
Hello everyone, I just want to start off by saying if youโre thinking about buying this chair, donโt think any further and just buy it. As most of you have probably seen from reviews that this chair is easily comparable to some of the big economic chair manufacturers. I love all the adjustability on this chair. The headrest is so comfortable and can be positioned to support your head when sitting straight up. The seat cushion is comfortably firm, which is very important when looking to sit ergonomically. Also, thereโs no need to worry about sinking in and eventually hitting the bottom plastic. The armrests are adjustable in every way and are actually very comfortable. I see some YouTubers saying that they wish the armrest were a little more plush, but to be honest, I like them the way they are. The one thing I would like to see in the future is adjustable tension on the armrest as sometimes you move them forward, back and side to side by accident. Absolutely no complaints about the seat, depth adjustment or the backrest tilt. Also, the chair can be adjusted quite high and low. Now onto the assembly. They couldnโt make it any easier. All the pieces come completely separate and are organized by the steps. It took me maybe 15 minutes to assemble. If you are planning on doing it by yourself when attaching the wheel assembly/strut to the chair, you can leave the chair tilted upside down and just put the post in it. Afterwards, slowly, tilt the chair over and then sit on it. Lastly, the first thing I noticed when assembling was how high the quality of the components are there is no way anything is breaking and itโs backed by a three-year warranty. I really hope this information helps. Happy sitting folks!

As Promised
I've only had this chair for a couple days, but so far, I must say, I am impressed. First of all, it came packaged very nice and sturdy with very easy instructions to follow. It seems like a quality item that goes way beyond a home office chair, which is what I'm using it for. The chair is firm, but very comfortable when properly adjusted. Now all I can hope for is that it holds up to years of service. Would recommend.

Good with flaws
It's a very high quality and comfortable chair, however it has some annoying flaws. Lots of reviews here and on YouTube already cover the positives, so I'm going to focus on the issues you might have. The biggest miss is definitely the seat depth adjustment, it's range is simply not good enough. Anyone above 5ft10 is going to find it lacking, it really needs an extra two or three inches of range. The lumbar support isn't fantastic. It barely hits the right spot for me, I think if you are above 6ft2 or above 6ft and overweight it probably won't hit the right spot for you. The adjustable pad is also just hard plastic, you can fix this by putting some foam from a yoga mat but really at this price point I feel like Colamy should have done that for you. The headrest is pretty good but the ratchet mechanism is a total design fail. It's very hard to adjust when changing sitting positions because the only way to adjust it downward is to move it all the way to the top to reset the ratchet and have it drop all the way back to the bottom. This makes small adjustments impossible and trying to get the headrest to its maximum length is a fools errand because 9 times out if 10 you will overshoot, resetting the ratchet and forcing you to try again. Finally I think the tilt mechanism needs work. The maximum stiffness for the recline is not stiff enough, anyone with a little muscle or weight is going to be too heavy for it to be useful as a free recline, you will always have to leave it locked. The default locked tilt position of the chair back isn't truly upright, there is always a little wiggle room that will leave you slightly reclined if you actually press into the back of the chair or headrest. And I wish the chair offered some kind of seat forward tilt offset, even if this wasn't easy adjustable and required setting during assembly or with an Alan key or something, being able to tilt the front of the seat up just a few degrees without reclining the back would set this chair apart from it's competition. This adjustment is critical for anyone using a footrest in my opinion and it's absent on this chair. That's a lot of negatives but I want to reiterate this is a decent chair. It beats anything you might find at IKEA or Staples at this price (unless you don't need a headrest, in that case keep looking cause there are better options), but there may be some other options from brands like Flexispot or Ergohuman that best this. I can't say for certain without trying them myself, but online reviews suggest those other options may be a better pick. That said if you are looking for a chair from Amazon with a headrest, decent adjustment options and around this price range, this is probably the best choice at least at the time of writing.

Exceeds expectations! Great chair great price!
Researched a lot from many reviewers on YouTube who recommended this chair. Definitely not disappointment. Seat cushion is not the softest but VERY supportive and comfortable. Butt doesn't sink into them. I was worried about the plastic lumbar support being too hard, but I personally like a lot of lumbar support and it wasn't uncomfortable. The only thing I would like added is seat pan tilt. But at the price point of C$419, I am very very satisfied with the product. Took me 20 minutes to put it together. The only struggle was when putting the seat on the leg, trying to find where the hole is. 10/10 recommended!

Excellent quality and comfort.
Initial build quality is very good. Assembly instructions are easy to follow. Assembly tools are included and better quality than the normal basic Allen key. Iโve been a safety professional for 20 years and this is the most comfortable and ergonomic chair that Iโve ever used.
