If you want to really work on your marriage this book is great. The insights amd ideas for a healthy relationship are useful. Although a little dated in some areas, the author has decades of experience and research in the area of what makes a marriage work and gives good examples and ideas.

My husband purchased these as we hit the roommate stage in our marriage, I highly recommend for other couples. The exercises are raw and helpful.

The Seven Principles for Making Marriage Work significantly helped my marriage. These principles are not something that you can just use and forget. It may seem ridiculous but using this workbook, when I am having a hard week; really does help my marriage. Great to use for guided conflict resolution.
