Works great, you can graduate brightness. Yes ca be dimmed, and customer services I great in case if you have may issues. But so far works great

I bought 48 and installed 46 of these lights just over two years ago. Installation was simple and I have loved the extra lighting all around our home. Recently one light began to flicker slightly so I replaced it with one of the two spares I had left over from two years ago. The replacement is working flawlessly. I contacted Amico with info about the light that had begun to flicker and they responded immediately to say they would replace the light and junction box that had failed. I had only installed a new LED disc, but Amico suggested I replace the junction box in combination with a new LED disc because of the possibility the flickering was somehow being caused by the power supply in the junction box. A new light and junction box arrived to my door step in less than 48 hours with no charge and no hassle. I will swap out the installed junction box and light disc for the new ones this week. I love the lights I bought from Amico, and now I am also super impressed with their customer service: 1 failed light in two years out of 46 installed is pretty darn good, and the immediate replacement is even better. Thank you Amico!

Easy to install, but when you pop out the metal for the electrical wire, you need a 3/8" cable clamp to hold it in place. I think that should be included or at least mentioned in the item description. I bought the plastic push in connectors and they work fine. If you skip this step, you run the risk of the sheathing being scraped and compromised by the box edge and that could lead to a short over time. And without it, you're install in not up to code. Also, the light at 2700k seems more like 3000k to my eye. Finally, these are quite bright. I'll be adding dimmers. Overall, pretty happy, but a couple of small things that bothered me.

Easy installation, comes with push-fit connectors. The design is standard; it would be great if it didn't have the border. It responds very well to dimmer switches, whether standard or smart. It has several light temperatures, ideal if you don't know which one to use in your home because it's easy to change.
