Nine-month update on durability: Three pairs of these are still going pretty strong after nine months of being worn for about an hour each day. They don't have any holes yet but are pilling a bit and starting to thin at the stress points. I came back for another 3 pairs. For the money, these really are the best. I’ve just bought these so can’t speak to durability yet, but in terms of fit, comfort, and value, they are the best of many toe socks I’ve tried. I don’t wear regular “mitten” socks at all. All my socks are toe socks, so I’ve become something of an expert. I’ve worn some of the cheaper brands available on Amazon as well as the pricey socks from Injinji and ToeToe. For softness, moisture wicking, and fit, Aomagic socks rank right up there with the expensive brands. They’re priced higher than the other Amazon brands, but the superior fit and comfort make them worth it. And they’re still priced much lower than the expensive brands. I think they’re a very happy medium. A major issue with toe socks is that they develop toe holes more quickly than mitten socks do, and the cheaper brands do that within about 6 months for me - which erases some of the cost savings. I will be watching to see when my Aomagic socks start to spring leaks.

When my daughter told me about these socks, I dismissed the idea. Fast forward 3 years, I read that these can help prevent blisters between the toes. It worked! I love wearing them when I hike, in the house, out and about, and when wearing sneakers or slacks. So far, no blisters! The purchase detraction is that they should not go in the dryer. Truthfully, eventually, they will wind up in the dryer by accident. I don't know what will happen. When it happens, I will post an addendum.

The perfect toe socks! I've been ordering injinji, because of their reputation, but it's costing me too much. These sock surprised me. They feel and fit amazing. Trust me, you won't be returning them. I'm ordering more right after I write this. I've already told 3 people today and I was so happy that I found them.

I don’t know why it took me so long to try these socks! They are exactly what I need! If you have arthritic feet and/or bunions and your toes aren’t necessarily pointing in the expected direction; order these today! Here is an answer to your prayers to stop the friction and pressure of your toes rubbing against each other. A way to keep socks from binding your toes so tightly together that it hurts. I haven’t been able to wear regular socks or hosiery for years because of how painfully tight they pulled my toes together. It takes a second or two longer to put these socks on but it is totally worth it. Pain free comfort. They don’t show with my shoes and they don’t slide down into the heel of my shoe. It’s not a requirement to have wonky toes to wear these. They would add another level of comfort for anyone. I am female and wear size 7.5 dress shoe - 8.5 athletic shoe and the medium fits just right.
