Turned 30 and started taking for joint health and heart health. Research says these are a great choice of fish oil supplements. If you hate the fish taste of most fish oil supplements these will be a good choice for you! They taste like lemon oil, not fish.

I’ve been taking fish oil for years for heart and brain health, and the NatureWise Omega-3 is a fantastic option. The 1000mg per serving with a great ratio of 600mg EPA and 400mg DHA is exactly what I look for in a therapeutic dose. I also appreciate the added Vitamin E for maximizing heart health benefits. The best feature, hands down, is the Lemon Flavor which truly works. I have experienced absolutely zero fishy burps or aftertaste, which is a common dealbreaker with other brands. For the potency and the price point (especially when bought in a larger quantity), the value is superb. Why Not Five Stars? The only minor issue is the size of the softgels. They are definitely on the larger side, which can be a bit challenging to swallow every day. If the capsule size were reduced slightly, this would easily be a five-star supplement. Highly recommend for the clean, potent formula and just a little bit of fish smell but manageable.

Fish oil is just soooo important to your system! This one is a “2-fer” as it comes with the Vit E. No fishy taste or burps like some brands. I notice a significant decrease in pain caused by inflammation when taking fish oil. It’s typical gel capsule of regular size. If it’s not a part of your supplement routine, I highly recommend adding it- it’s SUPER beneficial for you. Google all the benefits & you’ll realize that if you do not currently have this as part of your supplement routine, you’ll see exactly why you should add it.

This is a trusted brand with genuine products! I do recommend this and there are no “fish burps” when taking these. They are larger pills as most are but easy to swallow!

I have been having such a hard time with my acne flare ups and trying all these new facial routines and face washed did nothing for me. Until I had discover this and it has made my mood and acne so much better! (Very much effective) The pill size is kind of big and you do have to take 2 of them daily. But other than that the ingredients are all natural (which is what I wanted). Definitely affordable and will be purchasing again!!

السلام عليكم، اشتريت هالمنتج **NatureWise Extra-Strength Omega 3 Fish Oil** (60 كبسولة، شهر كامل) لأني صرت أفكر جد في صحتي بعد ما وصلت الـ35 وصرت أحس ببعض التعب في التركيز، خاصة مع الشغل الطويل قدام الكمبيوتر. كمان سمعت كثير إن الأوميغا 3 مفيدة للقلب والدماغ، وأنا ما آكل سمك كثير هنا في الرياض. توقعت إنه يكون سهل البلع، بدون طعم سمك قوي، ويعطيني الجرعة المناسبة (600 EPA و400 DHA في الحصة اليومية) بدون ما أدفع فلوس كثير. بصراحة، الكبسولات حجمها متوسط، مش صغيرة مرة ولا كبيرة مرة زي بعض الأنواع اللي تخليك تتعب وأنت تبلعها. أنا أاخذ اثنتين يومياً مع الأكل، مرة الصبح ومرة المساء، وهذا ساعدني ما أحس بأي إزعاج في المعدة. الطعم ليمون خفيف، وهذا أكبر إيجابية عندي. كثير ناس يشتكون من "الـ fishy burps" يعني التكرار اللي يطلع طعم سمك، بس عندي ما صار شيء زي كذا تقريباً. مرة أو مرتين حسيت بنكهة خفيفة بس ما كانت مزعجة، والليمون ساعد كثير. من الإيجابيات اللي لاحظتها: - الزجاجة صغيرة ومريحة للشهر الأول، ما تأخذ مكان كثير في الخزانة. - غير معدل وراثياً وفيه فيتامين E اللي يساعد على حفظ الزيت ويمنع التأكسد. - سعره معقول مقابل الجرعة، يعني قيمة مقابل الفلوس جيدة خاصة لو مقارنة ببعض الماركات الغالية اللي تعطي نفس الشيء. كثير مراجعات تقول إنها رخيصة نسبياً وما فيها معادن ثقيلة، وهذا اللي خلاني أجربها. أما السلبيات، فالكبسولات ما هي enteric-coated (مغلفة خاصة)، يعني ممكن لبعض الناس يطلع عندهم تكرار خفيف لو أخذوها على الريق. أنا ما صار لي، بس سمعت من ناس ثانية. كمان، لو تبي جرعة أقوى أو شكل triglyceride طبيعي أكثر، ممكن تبحث عن خيارات أغلى شوي. بعض الناس في المنتديات يقولون إن الجودة كويسة بس مو الأفضل مطلقاً في السوق، خاصة لو تهتم بالشهادات زي IFOS. في الاستخدام اليومي، ما حسيت بفرق كبير واضح بعد شهر واحد، بس صراحة أحس إن تركيزي صار أهدأ شوي في الشغل، وما أحس بجفاف في الجلد زي قبل. استخدمته مع روتين رياضي خفيف وأكل متوازن، وهذا ساعد. ما قدرت أقيس ضغط الدم أو الكوليسترول بنفسي، بس عموماً ما فيه أي مشاكل جانبية زي إسهال أو صداع. هل لبى توقعاتي؟ نعم إلى حد كبير. كنت متوقع طعم سمك قوي أو إزعاج، بس الليمون خلاه مقبول جداً، والسعر والكمية مناسبين لتجربة أولى. لو استمريت شهر ثاني، أقدر أقيم أكثر على النتائج الطويلة.
