I worried how bad of review before purchasing it. But also saw and concern about good reviews for low noise and energy efficiency. Finally I could say good things is it. No need worry. It is great product on the kind of the portable AC. PRO is Low noise (compared with another brands and PORTABLE AC products / fast cool / energy efficient ( base on my consumption meter recorded. CON is not cheap. But worth it!

Perfect but expensive

We are in rented house, big issue is humidity about 85%. No ventilation, only electric, no gas. After installing this unit it's better humidity reduced to 40%. @21°C temperature as we use electric heater. Now the machine doesn't controle humidity %, it is just keep on. You need humidity controler plug to on and off to save energy bill. Our room is About 250sqft it removes 16 ltrs of water per day at 21°C also heats the room from its exust pipe. and consume 23 to 30KW/day. Which include 1 times of wash and 1 times of drayer for 3 hours and 1 hour of 1kw cooking. and 3 heaters at 22°C. Bed room set it to 23°C, kitchen at 15°C and toilet at 16°C. And a big water heater. Mostly 3Kw or 4.5kw. I am not much happy with the unit. 1. This unit is not designed for dehumidifier they say 50Ltr/day but I get 16Ltr/day. 2. It dry only minimum 40% of humidity. 3. No control of % of humidity. It just run continuously. Definitely you need buy one more controler to save bills. 4. It's not smart unit. Which can save money. 5. Unit is expensive other cheaper options avilable at 5 in one smart wifi controled units . Which has heating, cooling and humidity control. Which has more capacity than this unit at this price. Which has more control, functionality and timer.

Can’t really say. Product arrived faulty so my review will be based on that. Roughly 20 mins in and unit gone bad. Not sure if these are the bearings or something else but just please listen to the video. Bosch support advised to return as product is new so no point sending technician out. Likely QC is not done to standards.

The remote control has got a problem in that it sometimes doesn’t want to work.

Not worth the money have a Bosch fitted air conditioner in Mallorca brilliant thought I’d buy this portable one for my home in Uk wouldn’t recommend noise and doesn’t cool very well hose out of window makes a hell of a noise thinking of sending it back but I threw box away 🤦‍♂️🤦‍♂️

This machine is great value and if you are someone who needs any kind of proper sanctuary from an overheating house in the height of summer, if only for a short heatwave it really does the job. Obviously if you want silent fully installed air con, you will have to pay few thousands for a split system but this gets the temp right down quickly in a medium-sized room and you won't care about the noise or annoyance of the hose if you've got a really hot house or apartment. The machine looks fairly sleek and elegant compared to similarly-priced units you can get online and the 9k btu rating ensures it's effective. If you have casement windows then get a cheap velcro-attached sleeve to seal off the exhaust. All of these mobile units are fairly loud and any claiming they aren't are kidding, but the noise isn't too industrial and its a consistent hum rather than a rattling, distracting sound. If you are sceptical about the performance for outlay and considering a cooling fan based on water evaporation just get this instead, you won't regret it - it actually cools the room down properly.
