If you run or just need a pick me up throughout the day… salt stick is a wonderful addition to your game plan. Most recently during a 10k, my friend started cramping. Its effectiveness is off the charts especially for the value of money. Pill size is normally, but be sure to chew instead of swallowing whole. Try them for yourself! You won’t be disappointed.

These tablets are great to have one hand and they do not taste terrible. They really work. I had a terrible headache and had not drank a lot of water this day. Took a tablet and the headache was gone pretty fast. I keep these in my purse at all times.
