I can’t even begin to tell you how much this has changed my life after one use. I developed what I thought was RLS after one of my pregnancies. Occasionally it would flare badly - I would complain to my GP - he would tell me “drink more water, lose more weight” and send me on my way. This was also around the time my PPA kicked in and the only way to be here for my kids was to medicate. Fast forward three years, I dropped 65 pounds and was still having terrible RLS flares. My doctor at this point had no guidance and prescriptions were out of the question because my flares weren’t frequent enough. I finally discovered what I was missing all along. I did the research I wish my doctor did. Long-term SSRI use may slightly affect absorption of certain minerals (like magnesium and zinc) by altering stomach acid levels or gut microbiome balance. Your brain needs magnesium to make dopamine. Without it, you just don’t make as much. Magnesium keeps your brain’s dopamine “locks” (receptors) working right so dopamine can do its job — helping you feel good, focused, and motivated. It’s important to note that taking Magnesium Glycinate specifically is what helps the brain with your dopamine balance. I take mine in the evenings about 2 hours before bed. If you’ve read this far, kudos. I’m getting to my point. Even after all this research, my flares still happen and sometimes to the point it’s hard to walk in the morning. The supplements, the magnesium cream this brand sells AND these flakes have made a HUGE difference in my quality of life. I wish I would have found this out sooner and I’m hoping this helps you too. These flakes dissolve quickly and the bag is huge. I use about 4-5 cups per bath and I can get about 5 baths out of one bag. This last me about a month if the flares aren’t too bad.

Love this product. Use it in the bath for my toddler every night to soothe him and calm his skin. I have paresis and also soak in it myself from time to time. Seems to help. Gives pleasant numbing tingly feel and I think helps with pain. I add essential oils and go full spa. Also the cheapest for the quality. Only lost a star because the shards are sharp. Make sure to dissolve them well and stir with something other than your skin because can cut you

One of these best deals on magnesium I can find. I never even knew you could use this instead of epsom salt until seeing a TT video. Sure enough after researching it myself, this is MUCH MORE EFFECTIVE than epsom salt! I gave it a try and it is great. I am mostly using for foot baths, but when my body needs it I will take a bath in it. It is definitely more effective and noticeably so. I like this brand and the many varieties they have. I like that they have frequent sales to take advantage of, too. I will be a loyal customer unless something changes.

My go to for relaxation. This bath salt is divinely made. It relaxes me after a long day of work. Would recommend it.
