I bought this heater to keep my sheds usable during the winter when I need to work out of them, and so far it’s been doing exactly what I hoped. It puts out a lot of heat and warms the space quickly without needing electricity, which is a big plus. I’ve been running it on Clean Fuel from Home Depot. It’s definitely more expensive than traditional kerosene, but the reduced fumes are noticeable and worth it to me, especially when working nearby. With a full wick and full tank, I’m getting roughly 7.5 hours of run time. I even lent it to a friend so he could heat his garage and melt snow and ice off his tractor that is setup with a snowblower, and he was impressed with how well it worked. No issues so far, and it’s proven to be a solid, dependable heater for cold-weather projects.

Having lived 5 days in my house without electricity during February 2021 (Texas blizzard), I have spent time getting prepared for a possible reoccurrence because the Texas utilities have done NOTHING to upgrade their system. It is "off grid" from the rest of the U.S. so when Texas goes down, they have no one to blame but themselves...while Texans freeze to death. Any wonder that I wanted a heater? I have a propane heater and this kerosene heater so no matter how long I'm without power, I can stay warm. I also have alcohol gel cans for heating up pots/pans for making hot food or boiling water. I even have a manual large filter device for water if that becomes a problem - some people had water issues last February, but my water (I kept the faucets dripping) was not affected - no frozen pipes that burst. Anyway, I have purchased 2.5 gallon jug of kerosene and have this easy to set up heater. I'll try it out first outside, but I am sure I'll have no problem getting it started. Very sturdy and will definitely heat my small house.

Product came and was put together pretty easily, no tools needed. Burned nice and clean, with no oder. Puts out nice heat as well.

works great and safely. Gives good heat. I took it apart to recondition the wick after the first season but the wick was fine. Don't buy fuel at stores because it's twice as expensive. Find a service station that sells kerosene like gas and diesel. I found a gas station that sells propane and kerosene too. Be careful filling it up, and don't over-fill it because it makes a mess and is dangerous. I always use the heater on it's lowest setting. I would not use it over-night while sleeping because it is a fire burning gas inside the house. If it ever did have an issue, it could get really bad really fast. I am very happy with the heater and recommend it.

This heater has produced very noxious fumes since arrival, I've tried many things to fix this but there doesn't seem to be a fix. I own a different kerosene heater and have used others in the past, so I know how to set them up, what type of kerosene to use, I light and extinguish them outside, I use additive in the fuel etc. This is all to say that it isn't user error. The internals of the burner appear to be misaligned and there's no way to adjust any of this, but I suspect that's the real issue. I thought possibly it was some styrofoam that was stuck inside the combustion chamber getting burnt but I've looked all through the inside and can't find anything. It was shipped in its original packaging, no extra packaging, but the box appeared undamaged so it wasn't damaged during shipping. I will simply say that if you need this as a single source of heat, I would either buy locally so you can return/exchange it, or think of something else more consistent and reliable. I bought this as a backup to my other kerosene heater, but I can't even use it and have to find something else. I don't trust I'll get a good one if I order again.
