This is a great set. The clasp to make it fit as a razor back is easy enough for her to do it herself. If definitely not a supportive bra for running but works great for casual use. The material is so soft and comfortable and best of all no tags. She hats seams so these are great for her. I would buy again.

The PERFECT training, first padded/modesty bra. Pull over style, adjustable straps. Cute soft lace detail, allowing it to show prettily on a scoop top. Pads are removable, when in place and accurate alignment. Super soft. Sizing is right on. Cost is a good value for the four bras. Not sure about black being included, maybe a lighter blue would be more appropriate for the age intended? Will buy more as she grows; appropriate crying first bra. Will also work for sports without wearing a sports bra.

Lawd almighty, I am a grumpy ass today. It all started with these stupid bras both girls are wearing. They have these removable pads and you can’t get them in an unremovable form. Who on earth wants to remove them? I don’t understand. You buy them because suddenly your once sweet baby girl is looking like a bad Madonna MTV video from the 80’s. Why would you remove them? Oh, she doesn’t have school today - we might as well let her have it all hang out???? I’m begging, I really want to know why they need to be removable. Do they double as absorbent material if you spill your coffee? “Hey, honey, can you whip out one of those pads for me?” Seriously, this must be convenient for someone. The stupid pads fall out in the wash machine and adhere themselves to the walls of the wash tub. They’re the same color as the wash tub, so you can’t find the confounded things. You have to close your eyes and gently go over the tub like it’s Braille to find the suckers. And each bra has different shaped pads, and you can’t figure out which goes to which. After a few washings, the pads start to pull apart - they actually are made of four distinct layers that become ever more obvious with each wash. After about 5 washes they’re all lumpy and side ways and fraying. And Lord forbid they ever rewear one, even though they would only shower once every two weeks if they could get away with it, they must have a new bra each day. Someone suggested using a lingerie bag - which helps with locating them, because they are generally (not always) still in the bag, but they usually still come out of the bra. Guess what? They’re the same color as the lingerie bag, too, so sometimes the Braille method is still needed. And now even if they don’t come out, they fold all up and get jimmy jacked anyway, so you have to pull them out to fix them, so they might as well come all the way out in the first place. Last month I stitched all of Alice’s in with the sewing machine, which is a process that makes you want to claw out the eyes of whomever invented the sewing machine with a garden rake, but it works. I wasn’t sure it would, or if the girls would refuse to wear them like that, but they both think it’s genius. So I ordered HB another set, and today was the day to sew them in. My machine jammed so many times - the thread would bunch all up on one side, making it look like each pad had four extra nipples. I was tearing out seams and cussing and crying and watching you tube videos and adjusting the tension. Finally I just went all Laura Ingalls and found a needle in the very top of HB’s closet and sewed the damn things by hand. Ya know, I spent the first 11 years of HB’s life buying expensive organic milk and meats to avoid the hormones injected in our food that cause pre-mature breast development. I am now buying the super-dooper hormone formulated milk and appealing to God on my knees for them to please GROW so that we can buy real A cup bras and put this nonsense behind us. It’s nothing against THIS particular brand, they are all like this. Which is why I still rated them a 4. Other than the above issues, they seem well made.
