Great Support for My Practice
This yoga block has been a game changer for my home workouts. It’s firm but has just enough give to be comfortable during stretches. Lightweight, sturdy, and doesn’t slip on my mat. Perfect for helping me with balance and deeper stretches. A great tool for beginners like me!

Pretty and functional
These are great yoga blocks. My husband used 1 of my old ones to support a bed that kept sagging, 😆 so he had to replace it for me! These are just a sturdy as the old ones. I got the mint green.

Moderately Firm
These blocks are a good price for two, they are firm but not as firm as Manduka blocks which makes sense because of price and they work great but when I do exercises on there with my knee on it, like bird dogs I can feel myself sinking. It's not firm enough to hold shape. For reference I weigh 120lbs.
