これまで『深い睡眠』のためにヤクルト1000を飲んでいましたが、甘いのが苦手なのと量が多いので、代用を探していました。水と希釈して寝る前に飲むと寝つきが良く、朝も「寝たー！」と言う気持ちで起きれます。味は、ワインが好きな身からすると飲みやすいです。甘すぎず、ですが少し重めです。
