Ok , so I bought this couch because of the price and didn't expect much . What I got was exactly what I expected . It has a very nice look to and is sturdier than expected . There is so much you can do with this in different set-ups , thats why I came back and am writing this review ( I never do reviews ) I was going to purchase another one to make a large sectional bed with chase lounges and a Huge bed can be converted with 2 ,so my theory is for under 1,000$ you can have a very nice set-up that looks very nice ....I have 2 large dogs and a cat , I cover it with comforters for now and it still looks brand new underneath . no holes from claws etc. the cushions even have kinda a bouncy feeling to them and from end to end my feet don't touch the opposite arm rest and im about 6' tall ,,you can really stretch . That brings me to the absolute only drawbacks i've found , the arm rests have no cushion and are tall ( which I like the tall part ) so you need many throw pillows ,but its no big deal because you can stretch , the width of the cushions is as expected , not a lot of room to do any cuddling ( but can be done comfortably) As I stated , I was here to get another one and im sad they are out of stock, I will be contacting Honbay to see what my options are or if they plan to sell more in the future , . I remembered one more very important thing , for those of you with bad lower backs or sciatica pain ( you have my sympathy , I know it well ) this feels great to rest on your side , very comfortable and I no longer sleep in my bed . I like firm but comfortable because on your side it keeps your back in line and still these cushions have an unusual softness to them...almost like a very comfortable air mattress I guess...but this is the honest truth , you wont regret buying this .

I gave it a couple weeks before writing a review so I could give an honest accounting so here we go! Arrival & Assembly: When this couch came it took all of about an hour for one person to assemble, instructions were clear and concise. If you are like me and like to reinforce potential weak points in the build, you will be happy to know that there are only two points easily made better which are 1. The connection joining the two couch sections (upgraded to a thicker bolt) and 2. The legs (well made plastic but plastic nonetheless) which are easily traded out for any number of replacements to better suit personal aesthetics/height concerns. Just make sure you get a total of 16 legs (8 for the couch itself and eight for the ottomans) Materials: My wife and I both have occasional sensory issues surrounding touch. If you likewise suffer from this then you will understand and if you don't its quite hard to adequately explain. BUT! Despite some trepidation, we were pleased to find that the material of the NON-velvet version, which we got in the navy blue color, is actually quite pleasing to the touch, able to feel both soft but also durable and easy to clean The cushions themselves feel soft but very supportive. I've seen people describe them as firm or even hard but that's NOT a fair description. These cushions are built such that, as time goes on, I don't anticipate the kind of ugly flattening you often see with "soft" cushions. The ONLY (and I do mean only) critique is with the backrest cushions which, while completely adequate, can feel a bit thin. The beauty is that, because the covers are removable, I spent about 40 bucks at walmart getting a memory foam mattress topper and, after some trimming/cutting out, I was able to slide in the additional material and the finished product is what you see in my main picture. This, of course, is a matter of personal preference and is definetly not manditory like with other couches! Height, measurements, stability This couch sits as high as any typical couch that doesnt have high, or ornate legs. Of course this is easily adjusted as previously mentioned. The measurements are true to description and find the sweet spot between being compact enough to fit almost anywhere and being BIG enough to seat almost anyONE comfortably. This is especially apparent when you move both ottomans (which have a really ingenious method of locking into place) to one side. When we do this both my wife and I can lay one behind the other without having to move the backrest cushions which is really nice for movies! Summary/TL:DR This couch is an incredible buy and the manufacturer knocked it out of the park! Built to last and easily reinforced/upgraded if one chooses, comfortable and well proportioned, this couch definitely punches well above its weight price-wise. You won't be disappointed! (And, as evidenced by my second photo, kitty approved 😉)

First of all I want to say that the customer service from this company is the BEST! I contacted them about an issue on the weekend and the response time was phenomenal. Pros for the sofa; the color is beautiful and the material is nice as well. The longer cushions are pretty comfortable and well made. The dogs fits well in a smaller living room and very versatile in the setting arrangement. It was easy to assemble and I put it together by myself in about 30 minutes The cons; The smaller cushions are pretty wrinkled and do not seem to want to come back from being compressed for shipping. I don’t think the couch would hold up to a lot of weight or constant use. The frame is smaller wooden pieces that seem a bit flimsy. The cushions are a bit hard but are ok for me as I didn’t want a super soft couch that is hard to get up from. Overall the sofa is worth the price I paid.

When this couch came it arrived in 3 boxes. One crushed and another covered in an oily substance. Fortunately, everything was packed very well and protected in thicker plastic, not the cheap thin, easy tear kind. This saved the cushions in the oil covered box. Assembly took me and my son 45 minutes, with no tools and easy identified pieces. Only this that is plastic are the legs, but they are very thick and durable. The seat cushions removed from the vacuumed sealed bags took no time to take their shape and were thick and not poor quality. Everything took excellent shape and very comfortable. I wanted a low back couch as it would not be against a wall and this allowed it to keep the room visually open. Everyone who visits mention it's very comfortable and looks great and works with our color scheme in the room. We have three dogs who also seem to enjoy this couch more than the others. Super easy to remove dog hair with a sticky roller and damped cloth for any spot cleaning. I was a bit nervous to purchase something I could not see or sit on. Glad we took the chance on this couch. We and the dogs love it.

For the price it's what I would expect. If you don't mind super firm seats. The arms are of the couch are stiff, no cushion to them at all. Also I thought it would come with the throw pillows as advertised & it DOESN'T! I also think you're sitting a little lower than normal couches. The depth of the seat is also on the smaller side & the back of the couch doesn't go up very high. Thankfully its for the kids room/game room & they are happy with it! Definitely need to scotchguard the couch & buy some nice accent pillows so it doesn't look as stiff as it feels. It came in 3 boxes & it had to be put together, however that was fairly easy to do in my opinion.

This couch was our godsend. We previously had a velvet couch that we loved because our cats were unable to tear it up. We sought to upgrade to a sectional, but also had a price limit. This couch fit our budget, arrived in great condition, is a material that’s indestructible to cats (they’re trying their best!), a great color, great feel, and comfortable!! It literally hit every mark for us on a great couch. The best part is that the sectional is essentially movable. You can move the “ottoman” pieces to orient the couch whichever way you’d like. We decided to bunch them together because we like to cuddle and watch movies. I should also mention that Nora, who answered our questions about shipping, was absolutely wonderful and beyond kind and responsive. I would recommend this couch to anyone looking to upgrade their space!

After a long wait and issues with my order I finally received this flimsy couch. I tried putting it together realizing that they’re overcharging customers for this piece of cardboard they call a couch. The back frame of the couch literally got jammed into the seat and I can’t even remove it! It’s unbelievably poor manufacturing. I am trying my best since an hour to remove the jammed back frame and I can’t get it out at all. I now have to throw this couch away and purchase a new one. The seller is difficult to contact anyway and I have been scammed! Not to mention when I first had issues with my order they advised that I ship it back myself. Imagine packing this entire bulky couch yourself and shipping it back. The reason I order from Amazon is because of the ease of delivery and these folks make your life difficult. This remains the worst ever purchase I have ever made on Amazon and I have lost so much money for this flimsy piece of furniture. I feel extremely upset about it. Please save yourself the trouble and buy a couch from some local store.

I am a 66 year old woman. It took me about an hour and a half to put it together by myself. I did it slowly as I read other reviews saying that pieces are hard to remove if inserted incorrectly. I found that if the section was hard to fit, it was in the wrong place. After putting it together I unzipped all of the cushions and fluffed up the pillows inside. I let it sit unzipped for 48 hours and it fluffed up very nicely. It is firm to sit on which is what I wanted to support my back. It would have been nice to have another person to hold sections as I placed the screws in but I managed. The most important thing is to look at each step of the instructions before trying to put it together to get an understanding of what goes where. I didn’t realize each cushion zipped open. If I spill something on it I can remove the cover to clean it. Overall, I am very happy with my purchase. It arrived early by FedEx and was on my porch. The three boxes are very heavy so I just kept shimmying them to get it them the house. I opened the box near the door and carried each piece into the room where I wanted to set up the couch. Each box has several pieces of the sofa so that made it much easier. One box was very damaged but the sofa was packed very well. I would definitely order more furniture from this company.
