Great fast acting carb for intra workout no flavor can be mixed with anything

I purchased this as an emulsifier for Ara and it works perfectly.Great perpetual pump and a HUGE bag that will last forever!Great multi-use item that can be used as a sports supplement....and for baking.Price is incredible for the amount of servings and shipping was fast.Take 6-8g's of this along with Creatine HCL and destroy that weight!

After using this glycerol monostearate for a few weeks, primarily 20-30 min before workouts, I have noticed an effect (not extreme), but enough of a difference that I have noticed a fuller (and a little tighter) pump during longer workouts, especially on higher rep days, with proper hydration.The powder itself is very fine and completely unflavored, so it is easy to mix into anything. That said, it doesn’t really dissolve. It stays suspended at best and settles quickly, so I usually shake and drink right away.It has a faint chalky feeling when I swallow it, but not a bad one or anything untolerable. Also, the bag is large and seems to last for a long time (especially for an average user).For the price and quantity, it’s a solid value if you’re patient with dosing and water intake. The one downside is the dissolving issue. For those who lift regularly and want a gentle but steady increase in performance and aesthetics, I would recommend using this product.

This product works as it should. I take seven 1/4tbs in my preworkout before the gym. If your new to this product you should start out small and work your way up. I start at 4 1/4tbs and worked my way up from there. You really need to drink plenty of water so bring extra with you to the gym cuz you are going to need it. I notice the thirst within the first 30 min. This product gives you insane pumps and is a lot of fun. Do some research on what the standard usable dose is cuz what the bag says is under dosed, that’s why I worked my way up to 7 scoops from 4. The product does not mix well but that’s just how this supplement is no matter what brand you are using. Put it in your drink shake vigorously and drink right away you will still have some residual along the side of the shaker cup but like I said that’s juts joe this supplement works.

For reference, my first introduction into glycerol was with the powdered gorila mode glycerol. It was great. Clearly glycerol has the potential to be a great pre-workout pump supplement. This brands glycerol, however, is not even comparable to gorilla mode glycerol. Note: I took the same dose (10g) with both brands. 1. It has a different, more clumpy texture than gm glycerol, which raised red flags. Why would it be any different texture wise? 2. The bag I received (my first bag) was contaminated with brown specks. And as you can see from other reviews, this has happened to lots of customers. You CANNOT return the bag, despite one reviewer saying he did and saying the customer service is great. Read the return policy. That alone is enough to not buy this product. Clearly they cannot reliably ship the glycerol and keep it intact. 3. My anecdotal experience taking this glycerol was way worse compared to Gm glycerol. The Gm glycerol I could tell immediately was working, this, though? Nothing. Literally did not work.I was very excited when I saw that you could buy powdered glycerol from this brand as gorilla mode took their powdered glycerol off the market and moved to a more expensive (per serving) liquid glycerol. I don’t really care about the powder so it made sense to buy this brand. Now I just feel like I got scammed. It was contaminated, ineffective, and I cannot return it or even file a claim. Do not buy this. Glycerol is great, but not from this brand. Buy either gorilla mode liquid or ekkovision hydro prime.Hope this helps others with the same interest in this product for preworkout purposes.

This stuff works. I was taking the recommended dosage of 1.5g and noticed absolurely no difference.Then did some research and realized the recommended dosage is way below the actual necessary dosage to see effects.I take 10g now 30 minutes before a workout with 25-30oz of water. You need to drink a lot of water to see any benefit.Combined with 6g of L citrulline and 2g of l arginine the pump is very noticeable. My forearms swell up noticeably more with this supplement, compared to just preworkout alone

Not sure this works and if it does, you might have to consume a lot of it. And it does not dissolve in water so it kinda makes a mess in the water bottle/glass. going to try the real liquid glycerol next time
