Fast shipping to an RV park.
Super fast shipping and I was so happy about that, ordered on Sunday and was at my RV site on Tuesday, very easy to install hardest part was getting it on the roof but had a lot of friends at the park that helped me slide up 2 ladders. It does not have wood skids like the description says but uses very thick cardboard at the bottom which made it much easier to get on roof.

AC replacement.
Item worked great and was easy to install. The only thing bad was there was no control box with it. So if your control box is bad or want a new one with unit you must purchase it separately.

Great ac unit. I love that it came in black. The unit cools off our Ravcon with just 1 unit, in the Texas heat.

Very efficient AC unit
I grew up serving R12 & R22 AC units. My rv has had 2 Coleman units replaced. Both were R410a & each lasted 5 years. Think lightning storms killed them. This new unit uses the new Puron Freon. My rv is 40’ w/3 slides. It’s 90F outside today & after 4 hours running the suction temp is 75F and the discharge is 45F. Never EVER saw a 30F differential in ANY type AC unit before. It’s keeping my poorly insulated rv jolly comfortable at 75F inside & now cycling with the Tstat set at 75. I would highly recommend this AC as a replacement. And I installed a Hughes Autoformer and a lightning protection unit between the pedestal & rv. My plan now is to turn the AC off during any future lightning storms. I recommend doing that too. Lightning can strike a Mile away & the surge on the distribution lines can whack most everything in a rv or house.

Good unit. Cools well.
Mounted and running solid. When it arrived the box was busted and the outer casing damaged. But I needed it immediately and the unit runs fine. If you order this unit, make sure you order the control module with freeze sensor. It won’t work without that control board.

Very easy job if you have the tools. And all you need is basic tools.
It came on the date. You said it would come. It was well boxed in the shipping cardboard container. Didn’t see any damages. My brother helped me take off the old AC off my RV on the roof and it took him and I about one hour. It was pretty much plug-in play. And now I’ve got cold AC again. So far I’m very satisfied with the product.

Works great and easy to install.

VERY easy to install/replace
We have a 2018 Grand Design Reflection with two ACs, and the main one stopped working. We have a son who's an HVAC tech who said the unit died, and it was less expensive to replace. So we did. We ordered this on Amazon, and our HVAC tech son could not get to us to help to actually replace. So my 69-yr old husband got this VERY HEAVY shipment up on the RV (which was the hardest part), easily lifted off the old unit and simply plugged certain (color-coded) plugs to reassemble. We did buy RV caulk to remount. It, ultimately, was a very simple fix (but you have to buy the caulk).
