Low and poor quality.
The roller hurts on contact with the skin, it causes wounds; the dumbbell is of poor quality, like a child's toy. The colors are different.

I used the large roller on my belly 8 months after my 3rd c section. I used it in an upward motion. To my surprise, it helped me regain feeling in that area that I haven’t felt in over 14 years since my first c section. It’s also helping my “hanging belly” appearance.

I bought this more for my neck but turned out to help my stretching of my feet for plantar faciatis and has been helpful for fascia massage. It was better and more useful than expected.
