Typically I use this to marinate chicken for a few hours before cooking it. It gives a delicious, full bodied flavour and seems to result in a more tender chicken. And if you're lucky enough for some to congeal to the rice you get a really strong and umami treat.

Sauce is nice but the packaging is vil. It’s so ugly now why would you do this?

Kikkoman do the best Teriyaki sauce I have found. With sesame seeds it makes an excellent 'in the pan' dressing on beefburgers, steak and sausages. I also add a little to spaghetti bolognese in place of Worcester sauce, it does the same job but better.

Love this product. Tried severely other brands but for me this is the best one. Order it in bulk so as not to run out.
