Amazing tone
Fitted this on my ES 335 style self build. The tone, resonance and sustain compared to when the original nut was fitted is miles better. I couldn't believe changing this one small component could make such a huge difference but it did.

Measure twice, order once...
I can't stress this enough - check the height of your existing nut! This isn't a bad review as such, more a warning to be certain what you need before you order. I'm a total amateur at guitar mods and I'm learning from my mistakes. My mistake here was assuming that if the width and depth were correct for my guitar then this was the right nut for me (the listing didn't give the height of the nut and since many other reviewers mention sanding it down, I assumed - my fault - that it would be "too tall" as standard). In reality this nut is about 3mm too short for my guitar and the top of the nut is almost flush with the fretboard. I can't review the product itself as I can't use it. I can't return it because I've opened the package. At least it wasn't an expensive mistake!

Fitted easily, decided to use Gorilla super glue gel, which had been confirmed on Internet as working with the material.

Fit great , well made, works great. Used it on a 30 year old Vester maniac electric that I just bought .Old plastic nut was worn from having string wound the wrong way on the tuning keys. This fit perfectly, no more buzz on open strings.
