Will this work with 2019+ Ford Ranger with Sync 3?

I’m not a doctor - but it should, I would imagine. Worked in my 2016 F-150 w/ Sync 3.2.

Can you update to 2.2with this usb?

Not sure what you’re end goal is, but if it’s to use CarPlay or Android Auto, this unit and and Sync 3 version 3.2 is how it’s done (assuming maybe “2.2” was a typo). Easy to install and worked perfectly to get CarPlay to work in my ‘16 F-150 Lariat. Soon as I turned the vehicle on after install it recognized the new module and asked to set up car play. Good stuff.

Will this work on my ford f-150 2016 if i only have a single sync usb port there now?
