**Very Disappointing Experience with Jacob
I ordered coffee from Jacob, but the experience was extremely disappointing. The expiry-date label on the back of the coffee packaging had been torn off, which raises serious concerns about the product’s expiry date and freshness. It makes me suspicious that the coffee might be expired. On top of that, the chocolate that was supposed to come with the order was missing. This is unacceptable. Customers deserve fresh products with clear expiry-date information, and all promised items should be included in the package. I am very disappointed and expect Jacob to take responsibility for this issue.
