Lengths are not the same in the different colors/resistances
I like the quality of the band. However there is a big length difference between the orange and the blue. I expected a resistance difference but not a big length difference. The orange band was about 12.5 inches long when laid flat and the blue one was about 8.5 inches long. I wanted to use the band to do “clam shells” on my side for hip strengthening. The blue band is too tight/short and the orange band is too loose. I wish there would have been dimensions in the description. I really don’t want to buy a third band and invest $30 to find the one loop band that fits correctly. Update: I actually bought the green one as I was hopeful it would be the right size and resistance. The resistance is good but the length is too wide for doing clam shells. It's the same length as the orange one so it's too wide for a petite person.
