These are basic light socket adapters to allow plugging in a standard 3 prong plug. They are east to install and a great value for the price. I anticipate these will function as designed and last a long time. I will be using this to plug an outdoor decoration into my outdoor light fixture by the garage door. A location not near any available outlet. These are exactly what I expected and needed. They were easy to install and work perfectly! I used them in the socket for my porch light and plugged my string lights into them. Now I have a creative outdoor living space just by flipping one switch from inside.

they work good , we got lights for outside but wanted lights that had an adapter.. so just plugged them in perfect… easy to use too

These socket adapters are exactly what I needed. I had a couple of areas with light fixtures but no nearby outlets, and these made it simple to add power without running extension cords across the room. They screw in snugly, feel solid, and the black finish blends in better than the white plastic ones I’ve used in the past. I wouldn’t use them for heavy appliances since light sockets aren’t meant for high-draw devices, but for lamps, fans, or charging small electronics they work great. The fact that it comes in a 3-pack is a nice bonus—once you start using them, you’ll think of more places they come in handy. If you need a quick, inexpensive way to add an outlet where only a bulb exists, these are a smart solution.

It works as expected but it would be nice if there was a wider ring so that when you screw it in it has a stop to it so when you plug stuff into it you have something to provide back pressure so it doesn't push it all the way into the socket, damaging it.

What makes this product worth it is a lot of older houses do not have an outside outlet. Most do have outdoor lights. So your car battery needs a charge. Screw the bulb side into the porch light, plug it in, and you have temporary power for charging an auto battery or even light power tools that are plug ins rather than battery operated. It will likely power a workshop light in a garden shed giving you light when you needed it. Simple to unplug when not in use.

Perfect little socket adapters. We used these to add 4’ led lights to our basement. They worked great. Price was great too. They seem well built.

Good solid construction, good plastic and metal. Does not feel cheap. I needed a screw adapter that had three prongs for an outdoor security motion detector light. This worked very well.

Did the trick nicely for converting my outdoor porch light into a plug-in for holiday lights. Seems to be decent quality and have used for several weeks now without issue.
