desertcart.com: Seduction (Curse of the Gods): 9781981477807: Eve, Jaymin, Washington, Jane: Books Review: I can't get enough of this series. - Seduction brings the return of my favorite, clumsy, often-naked, chaos-causing, dweller Willa and her beautiful Abcurses. The Abcurses have been called to Topia to stand trial for killing the Chancellor. It's not safe to take Willa with them since they need to keep her from attracting Staviti's attention and out of Rau's hands. The soul-link must be extended to keep Willa safe and only the Neutral God himself, Cyrus can help. Once the link is secured, the Abcurses take off for what is expected to only be a day or two absence at most. What type of trouble could Willa get into left at Blesswood for that short amount of time? Ha! Several fires, a kidnapping, being left for dead, rescuing a herd of Pantera, sneaking into Topia and learning magical secrets for just a start. The Abcurses should know that this girl is not safe out of their sight! I can't get enough of this series. I am totally addicted. This one has adventures and answers. Willa is always surprising, sweet, and silly. This time she takes control and gets treated with plenty of sweetness and some sexy times. Much appreciated! I love a book that has so much to offer. This one had so much story; humor, revealing answers that led to more questions, betrayals, heartbreak, romance, and love. Willa is one of my favorite leading ladies of all time. Her inner thoughts are the best. I find myself giggling along with the Abcurses. And the Abcurses, 1-5, Rome, Siret, Coen, Yael, and Aros are absolutely delicious. The JJ's have created an incredible world with such attention to detail. The characters are excellent in every way and the story just keeps getting better. With each new book, I expect so much and these two deliver even more. There's such originality and depth to this story with twists and turns you never see coming. Chaos doesn't begin to accurately portray Willa. I love the idea that Rau or Cyrus or Staviti himself thinks that they can control her. I can see Topia falling first. Only the combined efforts of the Abcurses can rein her in and only because she's willing to make an effort with them. This is a can't put down, read through the night kind of book. The ending will leave you a bit stunned and desperately wanting the next book. So, so good! Review: Such a random series that I love for some reason. - By now I’ve gone through all seven stages of grief. Shock, denial, anger… And have finally settled on acceptance because my love for this series IS REAL Y’ALL. Despite it’s obvious flaws, I am completely obsessed with Willa and her five Abcurses. I almost feel like this is all some elaborate literary cult??? Pretty sure something was laced in the words to hypnotize me, but WHATEVER. I’M HERE AND I NEED THE NEXT BOOK. Unlike the last installment that fell a tad flat for me, this one completely hooked me!! I loved watching Willa trying to navigate her new powers and figure out the mystery of what was going on. When the Abcurses are forced back to Topia and leave Willa with Cyrus, I was like DUDES. SUCH A BAD MOVE. But it was fun seeing Willa get a little more independence and navigate things on her own. And when they finally meet up again, things get WAAAAY more steamy than they have in the previous books and I definitely didn’t hate it… I will say that actually reading this one wasn’t quite as fun as listening to the audiobooks. The third audiobook isn’t included in Audible’s romance package, so I could either spend $8 on the audio or $3 on the ebook. Obviously I went the cheapo route, but it came at a price. I really missed Vanessa Moyen’s stellar narration and the life she brings to the series, but it was still a super fun book!! FINAL WORD LOVED IT. Just as fun and hilarious as the first book. Willa-the-hot-mess Knight definitely delivers again.

Such a random series that I love for some reason.

Love this book and this series!
Seduction by Jaymin Eve and Jane Washington is the highly anticipated third installment of the best-selling Curse of the Gods series. After the second book, readers were left very curious about all of the various mysteries that have been woven into the story line. The authors did not disappoint curious readers. They kind of addressed a few of the more pressing curiosities likely placating read, but they also introduced many new questions that will no doubt have fans asking for their fourth book already. In this book, you are taken along for an exciting ride filled with funny-phrases, sexual-tension, friendship, and personal growth. I highly recommend this series and specifically this book, because I think it is my favorite so far. ***SPOILERS BELOW***** The dynamic Abcurse brothers and the always entertaining Willa get challenged and separated again as forces from Topia and Minatsol attempt to break them apart. Willa continues to be a character that shocks you with her absurd ideas and unfiltered thoughts. Her personal journey and growth in this installment was a much needed development in her story line. We also finally get a few answers about her mysterious background/abilities and also a peek at the intricacies and history of Topia. The bond between the Abcurse brothers and Willa only grows stronger during this series and we finally get to see some action between them, which fans of the series have been anxiously awaiting since book one. Though many questions have been answered, I feel like I have just as many questions as I did before I started this book, so I will be anxiously awaiting book four.

Alright, alright, alright. I may have accidentally on purpose read this book in a few hours. I may have had to work, and take care of a couple few of my kids during the process of reading. But I finished. And I absolutely adored it! Nothing would have been able to stop me. Really! This book was perfect. I couldnt have expected anything less. I absolutely love Willa, and her crazy ramblings, inner monologues and the chaos that ensues with her. She has 5 hot Gods that protect her, because lets face it. She needs protection from herself lol. I laughed so much in this book, that I had to close it a few times to centre myself. Laughing at work can get a bit embarrassing when everyone turns to look at you. Remember in the last book that the hot gods 1-5 had been told that they were not allowed to kill anyone, but then they did. They had to leave to Willa, ON HER OWN, to go to the trial in Topia. Willa needed to have her alone time I feel so that she could grow, although the chaos still happened to follow her where ever she went, she needed to learn to use her powers on her own. The boys are still involved when she has her alone time. I am thankful for that because time without the loves of my life ( I mean Willa's) I wouldnt have known how to cope. I love that Cyrus is in this book again, I feel that he has an important part in the rest of the books. I cant wait to see what more he will reveal in the coming books. Although he is neutral I think we are seeing that he wants to be on the winning side... you know picking favourites and all that lol but he really needs to stop popping in unexpectedly, he should know by now! ;) This book bumps it up a notch in the steamy section. The pact is dissolved, and now what is she going to do with so many penises? Can I say that? Or is it penii? I loved that we had more insight of the Gods/Dwellers/Sols and their worlds. We learn more about the power of Staviti, Topia, and the power that comes from there. I believe there is a lot of foreshadowing that most will overlook. I dont want to throw out my fan theory because they suck, and I hate guessing. Im going to end this rambling by stating that I have 1 major series that I adore, and the Curse of the Gods have bumped it to number 2. Fantastic job Jane, and Jaymin! I can't wait til the next one, and the next one! *and the next one?! sneakily raises 3 fingers up with a pleading look on my face*

Okay, this story gets better and better. I love the nicknames, but so far, Willa-toy is definitely my fav of all time! This book made me laugh and want to cry, and I can't wait to find out what else our dweller-sol-god-hybrid has in store!

So far they still have me hooked to the plot, which a lot of fantasy novels fail to do so. Hence I would give this book a huge virtual thumbs up. I really have to learn how to write real reviews shouldn't I?
