Strong scent
I am asthmatic so this was far too scented for me I had to return it.

Left hair dry
My hair was growing so long. I made sure not to wash it daily or blow it dry to avoid split ends. This shampoo and conditioner left me with dry split ends and frizzy ends. I had to it almost 2 inches cut off which was heartbreaking. Wish I never used this profuct

Doesn’t Clean Hair
The shampoo does not clean hair. It left hairspray residue on my hair. Will never purchase again. Waste of money. Tried to return it but you have to actually return the unused portion. They do that to discourage refunds/returns. Not cool. At all.

Absolutely amazing!
Together with the matching conditioner these products make your hair exactly what the label says. In the past, I was never able to grow my hair longer than an inch or two past my shoulders; it is now a little past my waist, and very little comes out in the wash. This must be the best shampoo and conditioner on the market !,
