I felt this helped...I mean, it's hard to say *exactly* right--we're all trying different things. But I took this regularly, & do feel it helped. For SURE it didn't hurt, & that you do know right. I feel this addressed my bloating--it was not a cure-all--but I felt it was a good defense.

Been taking for a month and a half. Has not helped my bloating yet. No side effects, quality good for price, capsules are a little big for my taste.Haven’t noticed any better sleep yet either.

I took the entire bottle, and nothing came of it.If you're on the fence, let this be the review that makes up your mind. Don't waste your hard-earned cash. There are better options out there, this is not it.Seriously, if you only read one review before buying, make it this one.

Bloating seems to have gone down.. so that's good. Not sure about gas relief as it makes you fart alot

Not sure if it’s working. Yes it’s natural but just might have to give it another week.
