BWT 120 Litre Longlife Mg2+ Water Filter Cartridge 3 Plus 1 Pack, White

Q: Do these fit the brita 'style' jug? It takes Maxtra plus cartridges.

I have the Brita Maxtra and bought these filters for the magnesium- unfortunately they did not fit. The filter floats to the top of the water and won’t fix into the filter socket due to the design. Waste of money. Have gone back to the Brita filters.

Q: Why do bwt have white filters and pink and white filters? what is the difference apart from the white ones seem to be cheaper.

There is no difference between the pink and the white cartridge, if it is a Magnesium Mineralized Cartridge - the white is from previous packaging but the content is exactly the same. In recent years we have developed new cartridges (magnesium, zinc, alkalized water, soft, extra soft, etc) to suit the needs of our customers. We have packaged these in different colours so that they are easy to differentiate. With regards to the prices, there are several retailers on Amazon selling the same products, so it would depend on the seller price. Q: Why does it say 3+1 filters instead of 4 filters? Sounds like a scam

It might just be, that instead of a three pack, you get an extra filter, thus 3+1. I don't think there is any scam intended. You have the option, buy or don't buy.

Q: Do these filter cartridges, work and fit in bwt 2.7l magnesium mineralised water filter jug?

Yes they work I don’t know that jug though you may need to investigate further
