The best nibs you can get. I’ve been looking for something that feels similarly to the OG Apple Pencil Nib but still be fine tipped and this is absolutely perfect and exactly what I wanted. Truly recommend this Edit: my only gripe is that the tip is pretty fragile, I’m not a clumsy person but my pen has rolled off a coffee table or off the couch and the pen nib breaks off, so I’ve had to buy another pair of these nibs but overall I still recommend the product just be sure to be extra careful with it!

I got this because I am a 30-something with sensory processing issues so I hate the metal tips and how they sound on my screen. I do have the paper-like screen protector on my ipad so I was worried that the rubbery texture on these tips would clash but they actually work perfectly together. It is such a smooth writing experience and even without the screen protector, it will not scratch your screen. I use my ipad for planning, note taking, journaling, budgeting, etc. These tips have not had any issues with Good Notes or Notability, the writing process has been issue free. These are easy to replace on the apple pencil. I had the original apple pencil and then had to upgrade to the pro when I got the new ipad. The tips worked on both pencils without any sizing and fit issues. These were affordable and have lasted me a long time.

I was so excited to order these, and loved writing with it but the tip only lasted 2 days of taking notes before it completely disintegrated :( it would leave black streaks on my screen, hands and desk if it touched. Great concept, very bad product unfortunately

Beware with matte screens. They would work great, HOWEVER, they don’t stand a chance against a paper like screen protector or anything similar to a matte finish protector. These nibs will literally disintegrate while drawing. In fact, I whittled one of them down to nothing within 3 days. If you’re using these to draw just keep that in mind that you’ll be blowing through these like crazy. Otherwise… the precision is fine… I think.

These fit perfect on my 2nd generation Apple pencil. It makes it feel more like a pen and It is smooth gliding across the screen. they stay on tight. i’ve had these for a few months now and I’ve never had one not write and i’ve never had to retighten it or have it fall off. it functions well doesn’t scratch up my screen it seems the black part has a rubber coating over it. my only complaint is that there is a small gap where it screws on but it still works perfect. you can see in the photo the gap.

These are so much quieter than the original pencil tips and work well for taking notes during meetings. They write well without any noticeable lag.

I never write reviews but need to tell the writing world about this pen tip. As soon as I put it on, I enjoyed writing on my ipad again. It feels exactly like a gel pen, I had to check my goodnotes settings to make sure I didn’t accidentally switch the brush type. (If you don’t like the look of “inky” ends to your letters, write more carefully than me). I recommend a regular screen protector. Tried it on a matte one and it is still grippy but loses the gel pen effect. {I would not recommend this for artists, too difficult to make long strokes. Personally prefer a 2B soft tip for artwork.} Unknown durability but honestly happy to keep replacing it if it lasts a couple months, I write a TON.

Love these tips! They provide more resistance on the iPad screen than the original tips do and don’t require you to permanently change your iPad like a paper like screen protector would. The tips also last a long time! I recently bought a second package of the tips due to my own damage of them (dropped the pencil and the tip was damaged) but I’m more than happy with them!
