This Folding Hand Truck has been surprisingly solid. It rolls smoothly, the wheels stay put, and it handles weight way better than I expected for something this portable. The folding design is easy to use, and the extra elastic ropes actually come in handy for keeping things steady. It’s lightweight but still feels strong, and nothing rattles or feels cheap. Overall, it’s a reliable little cart that does exactly what it’s supposed to without any drama.

This is a nice small size, easy to assemble - just attach wheels. However, the pullout part does not latch in place. When I had an item on the cart and stopped quickly, it slid shut and the item fell off the end. I was able to finagle the bungie so that it held that part open. For flat boxes it’s probably okay, but my item (an under desk elliptical) did not hold that part.

I used the product to carry Christmas boxes and food to work. Liked: ease opening and closing product. Disliked: 1) It is too narrow, before I could get from the car to the door it had fallen over three times. 2) The top surface is too smooth, packages kept sliding off. 3) The caster wheels are all over the place, the produce does not track behind you. I was on a slight decline the product was beside me then in front of me, I couldn't control it. After using this product, I don't see how you can effectively use it outside on concrete or asphalt, go through thresholds in doors or use it on a slight decline. It kept falling over with everything I had going all over the ground. I can't give it a rating because I didn't feel it met my basic standard for use.

Excellent hand truck. We used it to move our daughters into their college dorm room. It held a lot of weight. Is easy to roll and is very strong. It folds up to a small size and is easy to carry when not in use. Easy to store. Great product for the price.

Wheels did not stay attached when rolling. Had to keep snapong wheel in.

I was originally using a 4 wheel dolly when hauling boxes or crates, having to go up or down the sidewalk corners to cross the street. My biggest issue was the crates slipping off or the dolly swaying side to side which sometimes caused things to fall over. This hand truck, with two secure center wheels, prevents the swaying from happening. With some modifications to my crates and a hand truck accessory I’ve made, hauling my crates is a breeze! This hand truck is compact, takes up little room in my trunk or garage and I can even carry it in a shoulder bag to take it with me when walking instead of driving. I love it! I wish I had purchased it sooner! I always get compliments on it. The price is kind of a turn off for some people, but I think I’ve gotten my money’s worth in only the few months I’ve had it. When shopping for it, I read complaints that people would get their fingers caught or pinched. If you pay attention to how you’re carrying it when you let it drop to open, and if you keep your hands on the outside to push it together to close, this doesn’t happen. I’ve never gotten my fingers caught in it. The only downside is that people hear me approaching and all of a sudden I have a bunch of eyes on me. It tends to be a little noisy. But other than that, this is a great product. I highly recommend it!!

Recently had some abdominal surgery and bought this so I could comply with the "don't do any heavy lifting" restrictions for a number of weeks, and yet still do my grocery shopping. Assembly was straight-forward - put the wheels on it - "push into place" install. A couple of them were pretty stubborn, but so am I. It's heavier than I expected, nice and sturdy, handle telescopes in and out and is an adequate length. I'm 5'8" and I found it felt a hair short, so if you're any taller, you may find yourself bending a bit, but this isn't intended for long hikes; just to and from the store to the car, etc. It does have a fairly smooth surface, so if you plan on carrying anything with a hard base, like a plastic grocery basket, I would suggest putting some non-skid padding in place. My basket slid all over the place, even with the included bungees. But it still did the job I purchased it for. Next trip, I'll put some non-slip carpet padding under the basket.

Bought this for moving. It didn’t last 5 minutes. As soon as I moved with a box ( wasn’t that heavy), one of wheel came off. Tried to put it back, but kept coming off. Broke my glasses inside box. Wanted to return but return window was already closed by the time I have time to deal with it. Couldn’t even use for one box. Totally waste of money.
