Does this have any functionality to remap keys for specific machines?

The G413 can remap keys and its on sale rn i upgraded from this to a g413

Can you provide the dimensions of the slot? I am wanting to see if the slot will accommodate my iPad Air with a case on.

I have an iPad Air and it fits fine--the slot is pretty wide. Unless you have a really thick case, it should do fine. I love mine!

Does it work with Microsoft surface RT tablet

I'm not sure about the RT, but it worked with my PRO no problem. However, the space to hold your device is slightly too small to fit the surface.

Will this work with macbook pro?

As mentioned before, it MacBook Pro is Bluetooth enabled, this should work it just fine.
