We didn't realize how much our old mattress, which was very expensive in it's day, had broken down. Wow! I used to wake up in the middle of the night, several times, and have to move my arms, hips and roll around to get comfortable. Not any more! I did my homework, reading reviews comparing notes on all the mattresses that fit our need, and this one was always top of the list. It made the list of 10 best mattresses as well, online, being one of the top and especially for the price! Great mattress. Firm, yet soft, as it yields a bit for your curves, elbows and movement. I have slept all the night through since we rolled it out and finally slept on it. Unwrapping was easy enough, and we had to quickly cut that last wrap as we heard air coming out as soon as it rolled away from the plastic we had just cut. Being careful to only cut the plastic wrap, we just ran our scissors along it and... it was free. It took about a day and a half to fully puff up but was up and running in about 12 hours, as we HAD to sleep. It isn't recommended, but is doable if you must use it before the 72 hours. It is well made and had no trouble finishing it's job of inflating after we got up. It was even more comfortable after it was all puffed up. Great job of making it possible to 1. afford a good mattress .. 2. being able to ship it effectively and.. 3. Help people get a good night's sleep on a budget. :) We haven't slept this good in years! Maybe ever!

Arrived on time, fit perfect in place, no smell, inflated within hours, and a bit more firm than I expected but still comfortable to lay on.

Great bed. very comfortable but not too soft ir firm. Great quality too. its held up great over the year like its still brand new. no sagging or sinking. very impressed by the durability for mattress that fit in a box.

I got this for my 11 year old’s bunk bed because the mattress he had was HORRIBLE. This one is a 1000% improvement. He loves it! It had no noticeable smell when we opened the plastic. It comes with a letter opener type of tool so you don’t end up cutting into the mattress which is smart. It said it needed 2-3 days to inflate fully, but we got the 8 inch size and it was a full 8 inches by bedtime and we opened it probably around 2 or 3. My son couldn’t wait to lay down on it as you can see. As mentioned, it is the full 8 inches thick. The corners might be a tiny bit less but nothing major. He doesn’t sleep on the corners anyway. It feels very well made and very durable. He was having a lot of back pain with his old mattress but his back pain is gone now. He doesn’t complain of being too hot or cold so the heat retention is perfect. It fit perfect in his twin size bunk bed and he sleeps great now. He wakes up earlier than the whole family by nature, but now he’s sleeping a least a little bit later than he was before so that’s a win. I really can’t believe you can get a mattress this good for such a relatively low price. It feels like a much more expensive mattress and it’s incredibly functional making its value very very good! I didn’t want to spend much because money is tight and it’s just a bunk bed mattress, but I’ve gotta say — he’s now got the most comfortable bed in the house!

I spent A LOT of time researching and reading about various mattresses and decided to go with this one. I wanted something that wouldn't break my wallet. It was to be a temporary solution as I needed another bed. I've been sleeping on this mattress daily for several months now with no issues & it's very comfortable. I don't have back problems or any daily functional issues so I can't speak to anything to help anyone with issues. I can say that I don't wake up in the morning with my back hurting or anything alike. It's just a normal/average/everyday sleep for me. Various reviews of all the mattresses I was looking at have referenced the sides/end. I do not fall off, neither does my dog (a Great Dane). When I do sit on the edges to push shoes on, I do sort of feel like I could slide off the edge but I haven't yet! I did not use a box spring. I put it on a flat bottom bed so when it comes to talking size....I got a queen. My normal bed with a box spring, I always struggle to find sheets to fix. This bed, the sheets seem too large. It seems like it's just not a true queen. i definitely need a queen for myself and my dog and we do just fine, but it does seem a tad smaller. I measured both my regular bed & this one & the dimensions of this one are slightly off, but only slightly (I don't remember exactly as it's been a few months) It IS HEAVY when it comes to you. It was dropped on my porch & it was all I could do to get it in my front door by myself. Two of us unpackaged it and got it onto the bed to open the seal. I probably could have accomplished it on my own with a lot of cursing and frustration. It unfoiled itself and took shape very, very quickly. I did wait the full time frame they specified to actually spend a night sleeping on it, but I'm not going to lie, I did lay on it to get a feel of it (for a little bit) once it took shape. You can tell the difference between a $1000 mattress and a $250 mattress but it's nothing that would deter me from every purchasing a budget/wallet friendly mattress again. Overall, I am very pleased with my purchase and if it helps at all, I would absolutely purchase this again. I don't foresee myself ever going back to a mattress or big box store, laying on various mattresses for hours trying to figure out which one is the most comfy, dealing with will they or won't they deliver, how I'd transport it if they won't, etc - I'd just go this route again.

I was incredibly skeptical about buying a mattress online, but my skepticism was not justified. First, the price was excellent, actually about 50% cheaper than a big box store and 75% cheaper than our local furniture store. It was delivered within 4 days to our front door as stated. When I saw the box I thought to myself, I’ve wasted my money, there is no way that a queen size mattress that fits into that box if going to be comfortable. We followed the instructions, unboxed it, literally rolled it out and waited. Within a few hours it looked like a thin mattress, and again I questioned my choice of an online mattress purchase, but it turned out beautifully. We now have a firm, queen mattress that came out of a box that was purchased without trying it out first. I’m amazed how well this purchase turned out for us. We have enjoyed 4 nights of restful sleep on our new mattress, so I can’t speak to longevity this mattress will have, but for now I’m more than pleased with my purchase and would do it again.

UPDATE: wait until it goes on sale. Currently $50 LESS than what I paid for it. This is why I don’t normally buy things unless it’s on sale. Just saying. So far I’m loving this mattress! And wondering why I didn’t get it three years ago? I replaced a seven year old mattress that I spent literally thousands of dollars on. It was supposed to “last a lifetime.” It became extremely uncomfortable a few years ago. So it didn’t really make it four years. I decided I wasn’t doing that again. At least with this, if four years from now I feel like I need a new mattress I won’t be as hesitant to buy another one when these are so much more reasonably priced. It came in a box with instructions that I followed for removing from the plastic - they even included a little coupon/wrapping paper cutter to slice up the side of plastic so you didn’t take a chance of slicing the mattress. And if you follow the instructions, the mattress won’t pop out of the roll and wack you across the room. It is a heavy mattress. I definitely couldn’t lift the box by myself. But it fits my queen size bed frame perfectly. I’m thrilled not to have to spend a small fortune on “extra deep” sheets. And it is just the right amount of firmness for me! I absolutely love it. Granted, I’ve only had it a week. So I’ll update if anything changes. But right now, I highly recommend this mattress and am so happy I went with this one.
