Makes the best ice!
Ever since I found out you could now buy an ice maker that would make the crunchy nugget ice, I've wanted one. But for the longest time they were always soooo expensive and took up a sizeable portion of countertop space. And being that I have a small freezer I can't feasibly go and buy a bag from the closest Sonic drive in to have on hand. So this summer the heat pump in our house died leaving us with no AC. A couple of window units makes our bedroom and offices bearable, but the rest of the house is stupid warm. Prime Day came around and I found the EASYERA Nugget Ice Maker on sale and decided now was the time for me to finally buy myself one of these ice makers. While still much more expensive than other ice makers, this machine has been so, so worth it. It's not that big--smaller than a bread machine and takes up about a little less counterspace than the footprint of a standard KitchenAid mixer, which is what it lives next to in my kitchen. Only time I ever hear it is when the first few rounds of ice are dropping into the basket, otherwise it's very quiet while running. The instructions are clear on how to get it set up and running as well as maintenance and troubleshooting. And it works fast... easily had some ice to start crunching on withing the first 10 minutes of turning it on. The drain plug on the bottom of the unit seals very well, no leaking or anything, and it drains the whole unit and not just one part, so you don't have to worry about tipping it over to pour out water or anything like that. We use bottled purified water in it since our tap water is very hard as we are on a well and scale builds up super fast in our other appliances. It's been almost a month so far, and it's still making me tons of delicious ice every day without any issues at all. I love this thing; if you're on the fence about getting one due to the price, this one is worth it by far.

Small Bullet Ice!! Buy This!!
We bought this machine is for my elderly parent who eats ice all day long. She doesn’t have an icemaker in her freezer, so I would have to hassle with buying a bag of ice ($3.50) every couple of days… Then we would have to break it up with a hammer so they’d be small enough to get into her mouth. That was a messy PITA that always destroyed the bag. Sucking on store bought ice is an invitation for a choking hazard. Plus, if you don’t have all of your teeth.. well, ice sucking .. sucks!! Still it is better than the traditional sized huge cube trays. And yeah, we have a ton of those silicone mold ice trays, and of varying sizes - I hate all of them. They’re difficult to pop the ice out of them and the precious freezer space required to lay them flat. Then there’s the waiting… Someone suggested we ease our “problems” by checking Amazon for a counter top ice maker.. ugh. a, what? come again? smdh… right. yep. 👍🏻 There are tons of choices but I needed *small sized cubes*, so that narrowed it down considerably. $200 is reasonable… considering what I’d been spending at the store …from these big companies with reportedly moldy machines… I have the undercounter Brondell Circle purifier for water filtration. If you’re still drinking tap water, forget this machine and invest in cleaning up your water instead. But I digress… This ice maker dispenses tiny sized ice cubes that are very easy to get into your mouth. it takes maybe an hour to make a batch from room temperature water. As the ice comes out, it will fill to one side of the basket, so slide the cubes over to the other side with the scoop to create room for more to dispense from the chute, or it will stop the ice making process. There’s no need to empty a partially full basket! An important tip, is to literally “tip the basket” before emptying it. Once full, prop on its side and let the water drain out before you put it into the bag for the freezer. You'll be shocked at how much comes out! The ice is "wet" at this stage, it is still soft. This is when you want to eat it, if you are a ice chewer. It's also a great time to throw it in the blender for making a daiquiri, frappe or smoothie. The machine comes with a couple of drawstring “ice bags”, which I quickly doubled up, because you still have to physically prevent the ice cubes from freezing into a solid mass…. they come out of the machine wet, but they'll freeze into solid rocks or chunks if you don't break them up soon, possibly a couple of times, after they hit the freezer for 10-30 minutes. It also depends how you position the fresh ice. This step of slamming the bag on the countertop is going to beat the included bags up over time. Tip- Put the fresh ice on top, then, lay the bag out as flat as you can in the freezer. You don’t want the wet ice water to drip down and solidify the singly cubed pieces below it- ah gravity…Set a timer for 10-15 mins then slam the bag on the counter to break it up or it will freeze permanently into hard, difficult to separate clumps... this is not the reason you bought a bullet ice maker.🤔 Personally, I like to drizzle the natural (no dyes or chemicals, mostly Polish) european fruit syrups over a glass of them and make an ice cold drink right in my mouth as they melt!! Frozen fruit or fresh fruit, booze or not, this ice cube size is perfect for me and I wish I had one since forever ago! I think I am going to try a jack-n-coke slushie!! Will it hold its fizz? What about root beer then throw a scoop of ice cream on top?! Booze or not?! Buy this and let me know what you make with it!!! ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️

Great machine! Great price!
I have had this machine for a year and a half now! No problems what’s so ever! I’ve owned 3 of the more expensive machines and have had to have them replaced within a year due to compressor and motor problems. Not so with this machine. Keep it filled with water, clean it when it needs it and it will run perfectly for you. Not as noisy as the more expensive one either! Love the price and durability of this machine! With this said it does have a small hopper and it doesn’t have a side water tank but it does makes ice quickly and I just add water when I get my ice…. No problem!

Good ice maker, but don’t lose ice tank plug
This ice maker works very well for my needs. I love that you manually pour water into it because that allows for flexibility in mobility. My only issue is I lost the plug for the ice tank and I can’t seem to purchased other one so now the ice maker is useless.

Great for the price!
This makes me happy! I wanted a nugget ice maker for so long. But their cost always seemed prohibitive. Then I saw this one and the price wasn’t bad so I bought it! Sure, if takes time to set it up. Make sure the refrigeration fluid is all settled. Then you can clean it the first time (I did). But after you start running it, it works great! Now, it’s not the crushed ice that forms into nuggets, those machines are pricey. But it’s just very small nugget ice cubes! The hopper holds enough to completely fill my 40oz Stanley Cup. You might have to move the ice around when it says “Ice Full,” because there is more room on the sides. But it’s still good ice for crunching!

Love this machine!
As soon as the box came I unpacked it and put it to use. The picture on Amazon didn't look like nugget ice but it does, in fact, produce nugget ice, which is what I wanted. It takes a bit to get really get producing but once it does it puts the ice out rather quickly. I've been chewing/eating the ice right out of the basket. I also scoop it out and freeze it for future use. I found through reading some other reviews that there is less of a chance for it to freeze into a solid block if you don't scoop out the very bottom of the basket and it does work. I've not noticed that the machine is horribly noisy, but it does sit on a countertop and there is a motor so there is some noise, but I don't find that it drowns out anything else I'm listening to. The only thing I would wish is that the top provided a little bit more insulation so that I could wait longer periods of time to get the ice out before it starts to melt, or maybe even let it run long term so that I could just dip out the ice when I want it. But, I knew going in that this machine was not set up like that so I'm not really disappointed. Overall, I recommend this machine if you want nugget ice. It's a good value for the money and does exactly what you would expect - make ice.

Best ice maker
I’ve been using this ice maker for a while now, and I’m thoroughly impressed with its performance. First off, it’s incredibly easy to use. From setup to daily operation, it’s a breeze. You just fill it with water, press a button, and let it do its thing. In terms of build quality, it feels very durable. The materials seem sturdy, and I don’t worry about it breaking down anytime soon. It’s solidly built, which gives me confidence that it’ll last. One of the standout features for me is how fast it makes ice! I was surprised at just how quickly it churns out a batch, which is great if you’re in a hurry or hosting a gathering. So far, I’ve had no issues with it which is a relief. Everything works as it should without any annoying maintenance issues popping up. All in all, I highly recommend this ice maker. It’s fast and reliable!

Beware of this machine
Bought this icemaker in May 2025 and it is now Sept and the machine is dead. We'll, not really dead but it makes an awfully loud sound, kind like a compressor fail. However, it still seems to make ice but I just can't stand the loud screeching that can be heard all over the house. I gave this 3 stars because when it worked, it worked really well and produced ice very quickly and it had a compact size that fit nicely on my counter. I'm not going to say "don't buy this" because I probably just got a bad machine...it happens. Just beware that it COULD be a known issue with this unit.

Extremely Pleased!
I am a serious ice chewer and always loved the 'chewable' ice I get on vacation and didn't have any idea that you can easily make it at home! A friend recommended this machine to me after he dentist told her about it. I have had the EASYERA Nugget Ice Maker for a month now and am extremely pleased! The machine is compact and easily fits on my countertop, is quiet and easy to clean. The machine makes ice that is soft and chewable, delicious and addictive! Adding the ice to any beverage makes it instantly cold. The machine is easy to operate, simply take out the basket, add water to the fill line, pop the basket back in and press start! Would highly recommend!

Quick ice output
Ice maker came quickly and was easy to use. Fills up quickly but the system stops if ice is cascading into the basket and ice looks like a frozen waterfall instead. Have to use the ice right away as it is not refrigerated and we go through ice very quickly in my home so we are continuously filling the reservoir to make more ice. The ice bags are an awesome bonus to this ice machine. I have used a bullet ice machine that quit working within the year from another company but we also did not give it a break. I decided to try this type of ice maker as my kids wanted to make slushies and love this type of ice for chewing. It does melt very quickly into your drink but makes it automatically cold which we love. I like the design and it does not take up alot of room on my counter. If you like really small squares of ice this works great.

Decent maker, if you want ice fast not for you
Update: after a lot of back and forth with the company I got a replacement. It works well and filled my drawer in 20 mins. Instead of waiting 20 mins for a cup of ice. Only downside is company has stated it needs bottled water only, not filtered or tap water which it doesn’t reflect in their instructions Bought this ice maker says 32 lbs a day. It can’t do that. After about 1 it makes a grinding noise. We spend 2 days just filling our own 2lb drawer. We have no extra and if my husband uses all the ice and I start it again it’s 4 hours before any ice is made and we usually turn it off cause it’s squealing with noise. Don’t recommend buying this one and hard to get ahold of company

Best ice machine ever!
I didn’t know I could be this obsessed with ice, but here we are. This nugget ice maker is everything! The ice it makes is soft, crunchy, and perfect for drinks, smoothies, or just munching on because who doesn’t love nugget ice? It’s like having Sonic’s ice at home, and if you know, you know. The machine itself is sleek and fits perfectly on my countertop without taking up too much space. It’s surprisingly quiet—no annoying hum or rattle—and it pumps out nugget ice faster than I expected. Plus, the ice doesn’t clump together or melt immediately like other machines. Cleaning is a breeze, which is a huge plus because I’m all about easy maintenance. It’s a little luxury that has completely upgraded my drink game. Whether it’s for iced coffee, cocktails, or just to chew on (guilty), this nugget ice maker is worth every penny. If you’ve been debating, just do it. Your future self (and your beverages) will thank you!
