Good for focus and energy
I’ve been using this for a couple of weeks and I feel like I have a bit more focus and energy throughout the day. The capsules are easy to take, and there’s no weird aftertaste. Definitely a nice addition to my daily routine.

Preferred way of taking
Shilajit.... such a unique product. It's multiple benefits are what keeps me coming back to it. This is by far the easiest way I've experienced taking it. I usually have the paste or powder. This does give me a headache for some reason. Having taken all of these ingredients by themselves before, I assume it's the combination for some reason. Currently taking this one for it's cardiovascular benefits (thanks for adding beet root!). It's too early to tell but it's part of my regimen and I am feeling better. Shilajit is a really impressive supplement that is one of my favorites and I prefer taking it in pill form and with the addition of panax ginseng....it's even better!

Update: still 10/10, best shilajit I used from tiktok, give me so much energy and avoid the burnt tire taste from resin. Real deal, they even have coa on their w site unlike others I couldnt even find webites let alone a certificate.

Literally not approved for consumption
Looks like concrete and smells like vinegar. Can’t force my body to take it, I identify it as poison. Probably because it gives you kidney stones. Instructions and claimed effects on bottle are different than on this advertisement. Found out about shilajit from spam adds on instagram so that explains a lot. Never ingest some untested random mystery mix just because you are down on your luck, if you know anything about timing that’s when the con artists find you… or you find them.

Better than tar
Easier to carry, i don't have to worry about leaks. The tar jar would leak, specially in the summer.
