How much mg caffeine is in each serving? (someone else asked this and only response was label doesn't say. yes, i know. manufacturer have response?

I would not expect much caffeine from this. However, I bought a small jar of instant coffee. I reduce the amount of mixture and add a teaspoon of instant coffee and not only do I KNOW I'm getting my caffeine fix, it also tastes less like melted ice cream and more like a coffee-flavored drink.

I disagree as well. The biggest difference I see is the scoop seems to be slightly bigger meaning you get more product in your coffee. Maybe that’s the difference you taste.

I usually combine chocolate powder and milk in a pitcher and steam it together then top it off with espresso. Can I apply the same technique for this?

I can't completely answer your question, but you won't have to use anymore chocolate powder and milk. My wife absolutely loves this product.
