How well does it do on chalkboards

This chalk does very well on my chalkboard and so does the eraser that comes with it. Well worth the money.

Will this work on wall painted chalkboards?

Yes! I use them on my painted metal door.

Will this chalk write easily on a chalk graph board? Last chalk I bought was so hard that it wouldn't even write on the board.

I used a high quality chalkboard paint to create a large chalkboard in my kitchen for my kids. This chalk does not work well. It's "dustless" so it's extremely hard. Sounds like glass when dropped on the counter top. It makes small lines, the colored ones all appear white on the board, and it leaves behind noticeable scratches. It worked a little better on my kids' chalkboard easel (not painted) but not great. We went back to regular old crayola chalk and will not attempt dustless chalk in the future. I'm not sure if this is helpful, but I hope it at least gives a little insight
