Never received. Delivered to wrong address I took these as well as the prenatal pills. When I tell you I only started using them when my cycle came on for the 1st time. I might have missed a day, but I took one at night and one in the am. I ovulated when my calendar said I would I did. I felt those cramps I had on both sides. And I checked again and I had ovulated two weeks later. I was shocked and never knew this could happen. Luckily I wasn’t trying to get prego. Just wanted to see what the hype was about these pills. So yes I recommend these to everyone. Remember everyone’s body is different. So give yourself time and don’t compare you to the next. Keep hope ladies.

I started this supplement to help with conception in combination with CoQ10 and their prenatal. There is really no smell to them which is huge considering some other supplements have a very strong odor. The capsules are a good size that are easy to swallow. I take 2 capsules at night before bed and do not notice any side effects. I love how Needed is committed to using high quality ingredients that are at the optimal dosage. The price reflects the quality which is very important to me. Would recommend to anyone trying to have a baby.
