Before deciding to make the purchase,I always run to check the reviews and i had read that some people have ordered it and it came with such said stains just like on the 3rd picture,mine on the other hand came in just fine but I did realize if you’re eating something and when go grab the book it will leave your finger prints:) so that may have been what other people ran into,overall I was really satisfied with the book!🫶🏼(first two pictures are once I opened up my package:)

L’idée du livre avec des questions à répondre est super. C’est vraiment un bon moyen d’exprimer les choses que l’on arrive pas à dire, mais surtout, les questions sont bonnes et permettent de mieux se comprendre et se connaître!

Helped me to process rage in a more constructive way. The journal prompts help get the anger out when you still have it inside you but then supports you to get back into a positive space. Super helpful. Thank you.
