Addictive deck building game
Played this with my girlfriend and we aren’t hardcore board game players but had a great time with this product. The deck building mechanics coupled with new ideas being added at regular intervals as you play through the years is really good. If you are a Harry Potter fan this is great we really enjoyed seeing which characters, spells and villains were coming next. It has two expansions available and fairly good replay ability with different hero characters and abilities. Only negative is if you are looking for a really complicated deck builder this probably isn’t it.

Amazing complementary game
The box design is perfect, it fits and matches the half top of the main game's box. The features that it adds to the game are beyond fun and me and my family have been having a great time playing this.

Fun and challenging
Fantastic game, so much fun, adds into the base game and adds extra challenges, really good quality and came quickly. Only problem is that I got two box 3 rules and no box 2 rules, apparently they can be downloaded but it's sad not to have the matching leaflet. Update: 12/01/19 Contacted seller who gave details for how to contact the manufacturer. New rules being sent out and pdf copy emailed also.

Totally addictive expansion pack
Love this game and the expansion pack makes it even better. Instructions are very easy to follow I would recommend it to anyone with the Harry Potter board game

Almost perfect
The main box gets a solid 5 stars from me, this expansion is amazing for the game itself, definitely 5 star. but they changed manafacturers between main box and this one and you can tell. The cut of the cards isn't exactly the same, which makes shuffling suprisingly difficult. And the print colours aren't the same either, when you mix in new monsters with the core box villains, you know when you're about to turn over a villain or a monster. Shame really, did put a downer on an other great gateway boardgame!

Fabulous game for potter heads. My husband and I have played the cooperative HP game and loved it. Now enjoying a bit of competitiveness. Game is made well and to last. We found it easy to pick up the rules. One person found this helpful
